Acabamos de comprar este lugar en agosto de 2019 y lo renovamos por completo. Todo es nuevo para 2020. La villa cuenta con una cómoda cama King en el dormitorio y una cama Queen en la sala de estar, ducha de azulejos de pie, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de tamaño completo de acero inoxidable negro y mostradores de piedra en la cocina, y grandes televisores inteligentes tanto en el dormitorio como en la sala de estar. ¡Sillas de playa, sombrillas y bicicletas incluidas! ¡Todos a solo unos pasos de la playa ya un par de cuadras de Colingy Plaza y Tiki Hut!

Small condo but had everything needed but there was sand on the floor which we did not put there. No towel bars in the bathroom but it did have hooks just nowhere to put a washcloth or towel. Needs security bar in the shower. The rest of the place was clean except for the sand.Good location.

The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Because we flew from Denver, we were unable to bring beach necessities with us, so we appreciated the chairs and beach towels.We enjoyed the new appliances and comfortable bed! The bikes were a bonus as we enjoyed biking on the beach.

My son and I stopped by for a quick visit to Hilton Head while on college visits. Place was nice and conveniently located to beach and good food options. Host was easy to reach and check in/out was simple. I would stay here again.

This condo, with an ocean view, is ideally located within walking distance of the beach and Coligny Plaza where plenty of food, drink, and beverage options abound! It comes with two bikes for easy travel on the many bike paths around the island. The condo was clean, quiet, and quaint with a beachy vibe and comfortable bed. The host was a wonderful communicator, and returned texts almost instantly. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

Great place to stay for two people! Super cozy and clean. More spacious than I was anticipating! Very close to Coligny and quick walk to the beach. She had two cute cookies for us at check in which was a nice touch. Fully stocked kitchen! It was convenient having two bikes to use. Bed was comfortable with black out curtains in the bedroom. It was also quiet. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Host was very easy and quick to communicate with. Very peaceful place overall. I would definitely stay here again!

Ran down for 2 nights for golf and beach time. The Villa was as advertised, check in was easy, location was good and unit was clean. Perfect for one or a couple. Would def stay here again.
