Fun 4 days with family at a great place. So much fun, the kids loved the pool table. Very roomy place, comfy beds and we didn’t need a thing. Thanks so much

This was a great property for a family. We had 6 adults, 2 children and wanted someplace to spend some time together. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating for relaxing, eating and playing games. Enjoyed the pool table very much. Kitchen amply stocked for all cooking needs. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean.
Overall the house is a bit dark with poor lighting and somewhat dated/old. We had a kitchen faucet leak which was fixed during our stay. House can get hot during the summer, with no AC, but opening windows in evening and using shades during the day helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Overall very good. Found one chipped coffee cup. Could not get electrical socket in downstairs bathroom to work. Is there a place to put garbage after bag is full before take to dump. Found no outside receptacles. Would usually put in garage until leave, but no access to garage. Kitchen knives need to be sharpened. Thanks.

Me and my family stayed at this beautiful home for the 3’ snow fall. The house had a nice cabin feel with plenty of space for everyone. The pool table was a nice addition along with the board games. The house can literally sleep 10ppl with everyone having their own bed. We did not use every bed since it was not necessary, but having the space is nice. Hot water is HOT water and turns on immediately. We left the place as we found it, nice and clean. Definitely will look to book here again in the future. Property management was great with our dog situation and they are willing to work with you on issues that may arise.

I stayed here with my family, there were 7 of us. It was perfect! We loved all the Christmas decor and the spacious great room for gathering. The kitchen was fully equipped and awesome for cooking family meals. So many little thoughtful touches, right down to Hersey kisses in every room. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and a great neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our yearly winter get away. Luckily we had 3 feet of fresh snow which was great because the kids and dog could play out in the backyard and enjoy the fresh snow.
The house is very conveniently located in a quite neighborhood. We found the place to be very clean and cozy, and loved playing pool with the kids while enjoying the wood burning fire place.
The kids had their own space upstairs with bunk beds, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
This was a great stay and made for great memories with our family, including the dogs!

It was a great house for my family. My only concerns were cold air would come through the vents in the kitchen cooktops. The downstairs was cold, the upstairs very warm. Other than that excellent place to stay.

High winds and heavy snowfall may have created roof leaks near pool table. Dining table had a chair with a broken leg. Bath tub drain switch did not work to drain water. The front door lock combo had issues to open. Agent came out to open another lock box to access the home. Due to immediate change in weather conditions (historical winter event) we were left with a decision to leave earlier than we wanted due to a second winter storm front (blizzard) coming in 2/24/23. If the information conveyed at 9pm 2/23/23 was shared earlier then alternative choices could have been made to stay until Sunday 2/26/23. Thank you for the stay.

Children were in the back building snow men, they looked over the fence saw a basketball play area, zip line and thought it was a park. Went over to have owner come out and asked what they were doing. They explained they thought it was a park. Apologized and started to come back to our yard, when the heighbor threaten them with getting his gun out and shooting them. 2 hours later we were in the drive way to go out for dinner when the same man comes back threatening all of us with using his gun on un.

This cabin was a short distance away from all of the activities that we did including the escape room and zoo. I would definitely recommend this cabin to any of my friends/family.

We had a great stay. The pool table was a hit! All beds were good except large bottom bunk bed. It sinks in the middle. Showers were good. Mainly we enjoyed the large gathering area & the kitchen. We would definately stay here again.

Excellent House with a LOT of open space
The property was nearly perfect for our purpose. We hosted a Good Neighbor respectful 21st birthday for our daughter and a couple of friends. The FEEL of the place is spacious and welcoming the moment you open the door. The pool table was a hit as was the game room/ bunk room. The only negatives were the futon couch in the game room got strong complaints from all who sat on it, and the forced air heating system (next to the room with the California King) may need to be serviced soon as it is quite noisy and cycles on and off frequently all night (winter). We're already planning a return visit.

Fantastic family getaway!
This cabin was perfect for my large family. Plenty of hosting space with a great bar setting in the kitchen. We love the dining room/pool table and huge couch by the fireplace. Such a great trip!

The description of the house is accurate. It does not have a hot tub whatsoever. Cleanliness of the home was average. Not many towels be found. The home is located in a great spot near shopping centers and not too far from the ski resorts. Check in process was a nightmare. Property manager was awful beyond rude Is an understatement for the person checking you in.

The family and I had an amazing time at Teakwood. We spent 3 nights there and the cabin is exactly what we were looking for. Very kid friendly with the upstairs game room. Spacious kitchen and family room. Location to the slopes was great. Roughly about a 5-6 minute drive. Conveniently close to shops and stores. We were pleased with our stay and will definitely be back.

We really liked the property. It was perfect for our family. A few small issues. There was a leak in the ceiling in the living room which kept dropping water on our head when playing pool. I was instructed to use towels to soak it up. I also felt meeting someone at a Pool & Spa business to check in was a bit sketchy. Over all we were happy with the rental. There was one thing that really upset me and will prevent me from using your site again...VRBO stands for Vacation Rental By Owner. When I clicked on the cabin I was directed to Big Bear Vacation Rental which is a rental company which charged an additional fee on top of VRBO. This is very misrepresenting and I felt very angry. I will not be back to your site or refer.

Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Short drive to stores. Loved open floor plan for family to hang out. Fenced backyard was nice for our dog.

Overall the place is nice it is time for some upgrades like carpet runners screen doors and glass sliding doors are very hard, one screen door was broken and could use a bit more cleaning.

Perfect for multiple families with kids
I loved the bedroom layout of this rental. We had 3 couples with 6 kids total. The kids room was perfect for the kids and bedrooms perfect for each couple. The pool table was used often. The fooseball table may have been missing. Now that I’m thinking about it I don’t remember the kids playing it at all. Back porch was very nice for morning coffee. We did have a couple maintenance issues but the big one (leaking faucet in kitchen) was resolved quickly.

Great getaway.
Clean and everything was enjoyable. They were games and pool table. The House was big and spacious if you want sometime alone. The area was clean and the kitchen was made use off. The heat was just right. kept it at 70 avg, though turned down at night as it heated the huge house well. Overall great and relaxing stay. Minutes from Big Bear Blvd and Slopes. Thank You.

We booked this Cabin for a much needed Family trip/getaway/special celebration. The Cabin is located in a quiet, yet very friendly neighborhood. Morning walks were very pleasant! The Cabin was very spacious and well equipped. The rooms and bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen. It felt very welcoming and there was enough entertainment around the house including board games, pool table and fuseball table. I will definitely save this Cabin for any future trips to Big Bear!
