This was our 3rd stay at this condo and like always, we had a wonderful time. The condo itself is clean. Linens and starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags was provided as well as a few laundry and dishwasher pods.
The walk to the beach can’t be beat. The location is fantastic and a very short walk to with two kids in tow!

We loved the location! Close to the entrance to the beach & walking distance to all restaurants etc. The owner John,was very accommodating! We could not find the toaster! The next day we had a new toaster! Thank you,John🏝️😊

We had a great experience with this property! John was very helpful and responsive. The condo was spacious and very clean. Fantastic location: very close to beach access (just a few minutes walk and you are on the beach!) and was also close enough to walk to the CB boardwalk. There was also lots of beach equipment available to use: chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon,etc. We had a fantastic stay and would come back again!

The location is essentially across the street from beach access, and also walkable to the boardwalk and other restaurants and shops. We all were able to sleep comfortably and have a full kitchen and laundry at our disposal. I think my only complaint is that the water that emanated from both showers smelled quite foul, but I don’t think that this is necessarily the fault of the property owner, it may just be common for the area. I would still 100% stay here again.

Stay overall was good and as described. A couple issues. I didn’t realize that toilet paper and paper towels were not included, so be sure to bring some along. Communication with owner wasn’t great when I had wifi login issues but I figured it out finally on my own.

The condo was exactly what we thought and even larger than anticipated. We were very close to the beach access which was accessible and despite being so close to the board walk and all the activities we were still in a safer neighborhood where I didn't feel the need to latch on to my children. To no fault of John's, I happened to need to work and found the internet to be too slow to be on a call and presenting my screen (while my two big kids were also on wifi and streaming incessantly). So just a heads up that if you are as unfortunate enough like me to have to do some heavy lifting on wifi during your stay, you might need to head to Malama (a 6 minute walk away). They had the most amazing staff that welcomed me, my second screen, and all my gadgets. Overall, the stay was great and John was very responsive and provided all we needed.

The property is as described in the listing- perfect location and short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the park across the street. Appreciate having the beach chairs and wagon easily accessible for use at the beach. Kitchen is well-equipped and loved having the washer and dryer for use. Communication from the host was great as well. Would stay here again!

The property is just across the road to beach, easy to walk to. The property is well managed, clean and very organized. Ideal for family with 2 young kids. Really enjoyed out stay!

Overall great property very clean and close to restaurants and beach. Parking could have been a little more clear in check in instructions. Luckily one of the owners and a neighbor stopped the towing company from towing my car because I was in unit 2 parking instead of unit 1. Also check-in at 5pm and checkout by 10 am seems a little harsh for someone arriving to have to wait until 5 pm to have parking or unpack their stuff makes it difficult to enjoy that day that you are paying for.

Property was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was super convenient. Farmer’s Market on Saturday was literally across the street and you can walk to Carolina Beach Boardwalk, a handful of restaurants, and the beach. Elevator to this second story unit was very convenient when arriving and leaving. Owner was very responsive to a handful of questions I had leading up to and during the stay.

The booking/check-in process was super easy. We got a document that explained all the procedures. There was a variety of beach toys in the storage closet and that was much appreciated. There were a few bugs that were on the floor when we checked in but those were easily taken care of. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was convenient. Some of the places close by were closed for the season, so we will have to come back in the summer. We would definitely book this condo again.

Good location, property itself was nice. The only issue really was there were more bugs than normal. This is our sixth stay in the area and the most bugs we've encountered at any property. Their exterminator came the second or third day (we didn't say anything to the owner, it just so happened to be their monthly spray day...figured there wouldn't be much anyone could really do about anything), so we caught the end of/start of their bug spray cycle and it stayed pretty constant or didn't seem to make much difference. ~5-10 smaller bugs a day and one or two big ones over night we'd usually find dead/dying somewhere in the morning in the floor. We had to make it a point to put all our baby's toys up somewhere closed in a bag at night. Still tried to not let that ruin our first trip with our baby to the beach and overall had a decent time. I don't own property at the beach and don't know how difficult it really is to keep a first floor property bug free or what...so I can be understanding that it may be a challenge, but then again I'm a paying guest so I probably shouldn't have to consider that. We appreciate the chance to stay there, but would look elsewhere for next year.

The only negative thing was the light that entered in the master bedroom during the night. But that is just a personal preference. Other than that, everything was excellent, from the location to the commodity of the apartment, everything was great. Awesome stay. I would rent it again
