Superior location and very helpfull Francesco. Good for a 2-3 nights stay.

1) the property owner Francesco was terrific. He was so supportive and caring. He provided us with the addresses of the well-known restaurants and places to visit during our short working-exposure visit in Rome. 2) the location was terrific. It was just 5 minutes away from Colosseo, 8 minutes from Piazza Venezia, and several other historical monuments. 3) the apartment is surrounded by excellent tasty restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. 4) the apartment has the primary essential equipment for food service and cooking. 5) the metro is just 3 minutes away, and the Rome Train Station is just one metro stop away. Therefore, I highly recommend this place, and you will absolutely like it.

the apartment has no internet except for two spots specifically. it gets super cold at night and there is no way of regulating temperature the mattress needs some serious changing.

Maybe not enough tools to cook, but there are many very good and cheap restaurants around

The apartment is located on a tiny beautiful street, walking distance to the Colloseum, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. I walked all around the city without ever having to take a taxi (including to the Vatican City, which was only 4km away from the apartment). The apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking/cleaning and washing, so if you don’t feel like going out one night- you can just cook at home and relax. There’s a tiny cute bar downstairs, where you can always get a glass of Prosecco in case you don’t feel like walking somewhere far from the apartment ;-) Francesco was very patient and helpful with me: my flight was late, and he patiently waited for me to get to the apartment, explained what to visit in the city and answered all my questions! He was also available on WhatsApp during my entire stay, and helped me many times, which was amazing! I loved my stay and I can’t wait to be back there 🙂
