Show head very low. It was for handicapped I understand however it would have been nice to know in advance while booking as I may have chosen something else. I feel it was a too pricey at 1400 for 3 nights for this place. I have paid that for much nicer places. Thr one window with view has major condensation issues because it’s a single pane. So we had to keep cleaning it to see out.

The location was perfect, the unit was spotless and updated, the bed was comfortable, the off-street parking was convenient and property management company was on top of everything. We were able to add a day with no hassles and check in/out was a breeze. We wished we had a deck, but the view from the sitting area was a great alternative (especially since we were only a block from the beach). My only recommendation would be to provide a couple more larger free-standing fans -- one for the bedroom and another for the living area. We will definitely be back!

We stayed from a Monday-Friday and were the only ones in the building. We had a lovely time. On Thursday a family arrived next door and we could hear actual conversations through the wall/door. The child was loud, just being a child but it made it impossible to read or nap or just think. Someone then rented the upstairs unit and the footsteps above were very loud - maybe carpet or taking off shoes would have helped. Thank goodness we were leaving the next day. We won't return because that was a LOT of money and we would not have been able to enjoy our stay if there were other people there!

The location of the property was spot on!! Beautiful view and right by the beach and restaurants and shops. It was quite hot and only one of the two small fans worked. The bed was full size, not queen. And the air mattress did not stay full with air all night. Overall great location but would not stay here again.

The only small problem was that the air mattress was leaking air a bit - almost needs to be re-pumped in the middle of the night, but not too bad. We would Recommend this place!

The kitchen is better equipped than the pictures show with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The Friday evening farmers market was also a lot of fun. The only issue we had to do with the warm weather. If there were a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom it would have made this a perfect trip. A minor issue on a fantastic experience. We will be back.

This condo have great view of pier and ocean which steps to beach. Close to all shops for food and gifts. Would not be a review without some of the critiques:Stayed there for multiple days but they did not supply extra towels or come to exchange or have towel service. Also like a previous renter stated I did not like having to drive to Pismo to get keys and drive back to drop off. You would think they could figure that one out better. We had renters above us and at night could hear them walking around and it was loud. Also had a neighbor last two nights next to us who was intoxicated and loud. We could hear everything and we could not wait for till this person passed out. Turned out to be minor inconvenience for us.

It was horribly hot that weekend 96 at the coast. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the little kitchen area and very large bathroom. You don't a nightlight because the large green exit signs will be plenty. I was hoping for a little more get away feel. I would recommend the rental company as a nice place to deal with. The unit itself is very clean and well maintained. A few things to note though. Since this is in a complex there are units above, below or right next to you so sound will travel. It's not sound proof so noise will travel through the walls and ceilings.

Being only a couple hundred feet from the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping is as good as it gets. There were only a couple of negatives with this unit, which has additional units attached above and beside you. (1) The window that faces the ocean gets covered with condensation (inside) daily, and must be wiped off (exterior leak to inside). (2) Very noisy! Street noise and you can hear EVERY step and sound the upstairs neighbors are making. The tin metal ceilings and lack of insulation are a problem. (3) There is no closet in the bedroom. (4) If the neighbors are beside you are cooking, you can smell what they are cooking in your rental. And, you can hear them through the "attached" pass through door (like in a hotel room) and through the uninsulated walls.

To be this close to the beach and not be able to see the view you paid for because the windows/screens are so dirty, was a real bummer. Not sure why there is an empty hand soap dispenser and dirty tooth brush holder in the bathroom. would be nice if these items were clean and full or not there at all. The property is VERY noisy. You can hear everyone walking and talking upstairs and next door. The fan in our bedroom was broken. The stools at the island not wiped down and dusty.The entire outside of the property needs to be power washed. The doors into each unit are covered in black dirt and if you lean on the door so are your clothes.I did not alert the property management company to our issues because we had a very busy weekend and did not have time to do so. I appreciate the opportunity to let you know of our experience. As a family we did rent the entire complex and the issues that we experienced, were the same in all the other units. Very dirty.

It is super close to the main beach and loved the view from the dining room window. Perfect for two people. Very clean and modern. Parking lot in back with ramp access for disabled. We could easily walk into town for morning coffee and had a lovely dinner at the Custom House. Great location. I would surely stay there again. Only downside is having to drive to Pismo to pick up and drop off the keys. We live North of Avila so driving to Pismo at check in and check out was a bit inconvenient. Suggest a drop box in Avila for check out.
