Comfortable and located nearby city center.

In terms of safety, the hotel staffs took it lightly. There was a man knocking on my door at 5:30 in the morning of 23 Nov and I tried to call the receptionist for help. I called a few times but no one answered (looks like there was no morning shift standby). Fear of my safety, I kept on calling until the receptionist does pick up, but only after the man at my door has left. I tried to get an explanation on the incident but the hotel staff only explained that there was a customer mistakenly went to the wrong room. But there were no explanations on why there were no standby staff at the hotel in case of emergency. I demand for a refund but there is no feedback from the hotel.

I don’t like the attitude of the staff.,especially in the reception area they are not accommodating,they didn’t treat costumers well.,they need to study or train for good personnel relation.

الصراحه الفندق ممتاز و دي مش اول مره انزل فيه بس اول مره مع العائله غرف مساحه معقوله ديكورات و فرش حديث مبهج و نظيف الهدوء و النظافه ممتازه

التاخير في تسجيل الدخول الحجز كان غرفتين و للاسف كان لا يوجد غرفتين بجانب بعض و اضطر موظف الاستقبال للبحث عن اقرب غرفتين علي الاقل نفس الطابق و تم ابلاغي الانتظار حتي يتم التنظيف تم استلام غرفه بعد ساعه و الاخري بعد ساعتين انتظار ابلغوني ان النزيل السابق لم يترك الغرفه حتي الان و لم اجد حل غير الدخول في غرفه تبعد طابقين و في طابق المدخنين اينعم تم التعويض بتاخير موعد الخروج و هيه حركه محترمه من اداره الفندق و لكن وقت الخروج اكتشفت ان اغلب النزلاء تخرج في نفس التوقيت يعني هذا الموقف ليس اثتثنائي لشخصي بسبب تاخير الدخول

Great location good atmosphere perfect buffet selection of breakfast the bed is comfortable. The pillows is a bit hard.

First day when I checked in the TV wasn’t work I called them through the reception. They told me they can fix it today because the IT is not there so they fix the second day by noon time. Refurbished
