Apartment description is accurate. Comfortable beds, clean, fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker. Host even provided a nice welcome basket with wine, coffee and condiments. Location is central and very convenient to key attractions. Active night scene, so bring ear plugs if you want to have windows open at night.

This is a great apt. near Monastiraki Square in Central Athens, and we would highly recommend it. It was extremely clean, well equipped, and looked just like the pictures on the website. This 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment had everything we needed, and it's extremely close to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants (a great breakfast place is across the street), and much else. Michaelis was an extremely warm and helpful host. He made arrangements to have us picked up from and brought back to the airport by his friend, the taxi driver, Chris. He met us when we arrived at the apartment to show us around, answered our questions and made great suggestions regarding restaurants and sites we should visit. He even left snacks and drinks for us in the apartment, which was a very nice surprise. Although this apt. is very close to a Metro station, we walked everywhere we wanted to go because it was so ideally located.

Very good place, host was excellent. Would stay there again. Close to lots of activities, busy on the weekend.

Much to say. Host Micheal was very informative and helpful before ever even checking in. Upon arrival he spent time to give us a “lay of the land”. Accommodations were excellent…very clean and plenty of room…even had a bottle of wine ready for us. Has a restaurant across the street with rooftop views of the Acropolis. Great central location with everything in walking distance. Micheal made transportation arrangements for us including a private tour to the southern tip of Athens to see Temple of Poseidon in Sounion and swim in the clearest waters. Would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Family of four had a blast. Children are 20 and 24 and my wife and I had a great time in the heart of Athens. Tons of stuff to do great food great bars easy to reach Metro in the middle of everything. Michael as a host couldn't of been more accommodating and was very easy to communicate with. Only recommendations would be a full length mirror and anti-slip area rugs on the tile floor yes, to prevent falling… Which happened to me. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Having a "home base" with all the amenities made our visit to the Athens area really special. Our host, Michalis was the best. He met us at the apartment, provided us a "welcome basket" and stayed to chat with us about the area. He even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport after our stay. The location allows easy access to the metro, and is also in walking distance to most of the major points of interest. The trade-off for staying right across from Monistiraki square is the noise. So just come prepared. and you'll be okay. We had earplugs from our flight over which helped muffle the sound and allowed us to sleep. Emjoy!

Nice Flat. Great host, met us when we arrived and gave a brief tour of the place as well of the surrounding attractions. Steps away from Monastiraki Square. Easy walk to the Acropolis and other sights. Restaurants everywhere. Thank you Michael!

Can’t say enough great things about this property and the host. The location is ideal! We were able to walk all over the city and yet somehow still be within 10 minutes of the property. Close to many of the best rooftop bars and restaurants. Someone is our party left their passports at the apartment after we left Athens. Michalis not only retrieved and held onto the documents and cash but met us on our return to Athens a few days later. Stay with confidence in knowing you’re in great hands.

With the exception of the street noise, (which became white noise after the first night) it was the perfect place to start and end our days in the magical City of Athens. If we find ourselves in Greece again one day we will 100% book this sweet, bright, open, and exceptionally clean gem! PS- from the driver that picked us up at the airport to Mickellis the check-in process was wonderful! How many hosts bake you cookies and leave a beautiful meaningful gift?!

Michalis' property is prestine and very clean. Very spacious and central to everything to do in Athens! Safe building and Michalis was very responsive and attentive. He gave us great recommendations and took the time to give us a run down of the city with tips and tricks. He even was able to arrange 3 separate transfers via taxi through preferred taxis he has connections with. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend to our family and friends.

This was a fantastic location close to everything. We enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The metro is very close and there are fun rooftop bars to see the Acropolis at night. Very beautiful. Michalis was very friendly and provided everything that we needed. I would come back again

Wonderful stay at apartment steps away from the Monastiraki Metro Station providing easy access to airport or Piraeus Ferry Port and easy walking distance to the acropolis. Host is very responsive with all communication. Everything needed was supplied including beverages and snacks. Thank you! Apartment is well maintained and extremely clean! The apartment’s location is steps away from bars and restaurants. Light sleepers should choose the bedroom away from the street. We would absolutely choose and enjoy this place again!

Great new apartment in the Psirri neighborhood near Monastiraki Square. Just as described in the listing. Excellent location for exploring Athens on foot, and convenient to public transportation to the airport or port. Many restaurants, shops, supermarkets all within a few blocks. Very secure. Love the amenities. Great space for 2 couples. Michael was very prompt with all communications, and helpful with suggestions for the area. Just a touch noisy in the late evenings, but this is a bustling city, so nothing more than we expected. Faulty shower head in one bathroom, but reported it to Michael and expect him to fix it.

This apartment is exactly as depicted and steps from Monastiraki Square and loads of restaurants, bars, grocery and other amenities. Michalis is an amazing host. He met us upon arrival for check-in to acquaint us with his lovely apartment. He was immediately responsive when we had a question. We were two couples who met up in Athens to begin our Greece vacation. The space was great for being able to hang out together and enjoy the area's amenities. There is a small market next door with any drinks and eats you may need including affordable alcohol. Don't bother with the liquor store around the corner as their prices are much higher. The apartment is super clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes and cookware if you need it. The water pressure was terrific! Know that the two bathrooms are down the hall inside the apartment and not attached to the bedrooms. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold! The beds are US queen size and comfortable. This property is within walking distance of a lot of the attractions. Great restaurants everywhere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It was a most pleasant experience.
