Latitude 29 es un pequeño complejo frente a la playa orientado a la familia ubicado a pocos pasos de la arena blanca en polvo y las hermosas aguas del golfo esmeralda. Si vienes a la playa por tranquilidad y relajación, la Unidad 3 en Latitude 29 es una excelente opción. Le encantará la belleza y tranquilidad de su ubicación y la cercanía a todas las comodidades de Latitude 29.

Condo was very nice and clean!The pool was very cold the entire week. Would have liked to see the heater turned on for a bit, also the hot tub was down 5 of the days we were there. The gate that lead down to the beach was not working properly and would not open at times, which was very frustrating! As soon as we arrived we were meet in the parking lot by the property manager asking where our parking pass was! We explained we had just arrived! Not the friendliest way to be greeted just arriving! Many quest were complaining about the way the property manager would approach you about a parking pass as you arrived. Just seemed like she could have approached in a friendlier way. Also while we were there heavy rain brought water up to bottom of our patio door and actually came inside the trac of the door. We were worried for awhile the condo was about to flood. I believe a pimp was out of order on the property. Over all we enjoyed the condo. The pool, hot tub left a lot to be desired!

It was a very nice accomodation and we highly recommend it! Helen is friendly and dependable and always ready to answer questions and solve problems when needed.

We have been staying annually at the Latitude 29 for over 20 years now. The change of using outside sources to rent rooms for good or bad, really determines who you use. I highly recommend Helen Phillips because she responds, acts, and makes sure your vacation is great! My Brother dealt with another company and was very upset with their service and lack of responses. The Latitude is awesome and cozy. No elevators and everyone knows everyone by the end of the week because it is just a good family atmosphere with grills, a pool, hot tub and quick and easy access to the beach. Helen is great. There is always the possibility of something going wrong with a room but with Helen, she will get it fixed asap or get your issue resolved.

This property is fantastic because it’s on the beach! It’s super convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This unit is nice to have the bunkroom closed off as a separate room - which was perfect for our teenagers. Well-equipped and updated kitchen.

We just finished our 17th year at this spot. It’s convenient & family friendly & the ease of the location is top notch. However, now that Latitude 29 no longer has onsite management, the overall property appears in decline. There are only 2/3 of the chairs that used to be available for families to use near the pool & patio areas. The ones that are there all have broken straps & some were even taped! The grass has not been taken care of and there are bald spots in many places. The boardwalk areas where you rinse your feet are full of sand as you enter the pool area; hence getting sand in the pool. Those areas used to be hosed off multiple times a day when there was onsite management. There’s also an ant problem around the umbrella tables. There are little biting ants when you’re trying to sit and relax with your family. Again, that would not be an issue if there was onsite management.
As far as the unit itself, it’s our favorite in the complex. The AC worked GREAT this year! The kitchen is pretty decently stocked with cooking items. However, the ice maker does not work AT ALL. And a mere 4 old school ice trays are all you have available for use which is unacceptable. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable which is a plus. However, with multiple light bulbs burned out in the master bedroom AND bathroom, it’s hard to see much less put on makeup. The master bathroom sink is also clogged. Will we return? YES! But please add onsite management back!

Property is well maintained and clean. The dryer was broken but we managed without it. Helen was quick to respond to questions and concerns. We would rent this unit again!

First night we were there, knob broke off the dryer. There are no knobs on the washer (needle nose pliers hanging on wall to operate), ice maker made slithers of ice, one side of toaster not working, hot tub not working. This place needs an overhaul. Property mgr never responded to email (said it went to junk folder when she got my first one). Gave it a 2 because the AC worked great and location.

We have been staying here for over 26 years. Changes have occurred over the years but still an awesome quiet place to stay. Helen with Verbo was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Beach Access
While the beach was so easy to access and lots of fun, the condo was less than what it haws been in the past. We have stayed here for over 20 years, and little changes have made us reconsider other properties. Changes include that they only allow one car per unit and we had to take my adult son's car to a park and ride at WinnDixie for the week, not easy and not safe. Another change includes that the washer/dryer buttons were all off of the units and were not usable. The pool deck area and landscape look pitiful with no plants in beds, unpainted rails, and discolored walkways. It doesn't have to be perfect but it could be better maintained and appealing.

Retirement getaway
My friends treated me to a retirement beach getaway. This was second year we have stayed at Latitude 29 and we LOVE this facility. No complaints!

Suggest owner replaces recliner. Very difficult to use. Also, needs spraying for insects. Found three. Not complaining just advising.

Family vacation
Our family was so excited to visit here. We had gone here lots of times when we were kids and wanted to bring our families here as well. Things sure have changed. We went with a few other families that stayed in other condos and we all felt like we were being watched the entire time. We all felt like we couldn’t be ourselves. Loved how close we were to the beach. But next time we will find a spot that will let kids be kids.

Oddly configured
We love latitude 29 for the location and outdoor space. For that reason, the inside is not that important. However, unit 3, although nicely appointed, had a few maintenance issues. Toilet tissue holder that didn’t hold the roll. Loose towel bars. A dishwasher meant for an RV. A super long hallway. Limited seating space for meals and for watching tv. The second bedroom is a nice touch, but cramps the other spaces.

PCB stay
I wanted to be away from the hectic, crowded part of PCB. I got exactly what I wanted. Quiet, peaceful and close to some awesome restaurants and shops. It was awesome!

Wonderful location
Everything was good except for the furniture in the living room. The recliner was tiny and uncomfortable. The couch was very uncomfortable and the other chair would have been comfortable but it laid back so far it hurt your neck.

Excellent last minute vacation
Since our school start date got pushed back until 9/8/20 we decided to take a last minute trip to our favorite place on earth! Our condo was fabulous as always and the property manager was excellent. We received top notch customer service! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Just What We Needed
This condo was very accommodating to our needs. Plenty of room for all of the extras you have to carry when traveling with an infant. And the fact that it is easy to access after a day on the beach seals the deal.
