I didn't like a single thing in my stay

Worst maintenance, cigarette smell in rooms, room is not groomed, AC is not working, Breakfast is not given, No power for 5hours almost, Staff doesn't have enough knowledge. No drinking water, soap, etc are supplied. No hot water. The fan regulator is not working for adjusting speed. Bedsheets are not washed perfectly. Congested room. Just the outlook of the building is good and doesn't become a fool to seeing hotel outside images.

only advantage of this hotel is its location apart from that nothing good

Everything. Starting from checkin where they have asked extra 200 for checkin 45 mins early. There is no toiletries like Towel, Soap etc, There is NO Water, NO Breakfast and worst is they don’t even switch on the room Power till you ask them twice and even if you tell them to switch on in the day, nothing happens as it was always switched off. Worst Hotel ever I had stayed in my life.

Rooms are not clean, cockroaches inside the room, dust all over the room.. customer care is not there at all.. Front desk team isn't ready for customers who are visiting to the hotel, they are there on their personal things with group
