Troppi bambini in giro che non stanno tranquilli

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable et courtois! Je remercie tout particulièrement Fadil à la réception pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ! L’hôtel est très bien placé entre la marina et downtown, et tout proche du Mall of Emirates. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et de qualité ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais seul bémol qu’il faut tenir en compte si vous êtes exigeant sur la propreté, à l’arrivée la chambre est propre mais pendant tout le séjour le ménage était très mal fait, il restait toujours pleins de saletés au sol après le passage de la femme de ménage! Il y a une piscine sur le toit de l’hôtel qui est très agréable et petit plus il y a une permanence tout les matins à l’infirmerie pour effectuer les tests PCR pour 150 dirhams résultat dispo en 24h!

High response speed, wonderful breakfast, professional and kind staff and very clean

There was a sound coming from the facade of the building early in the morning, which was a little uncomfortable. It is also due to the sun's radiation and their expansion.

Nous avons eu une superbe suite. La piscine est superbe! Le petit déjeuner rien à dire, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Le personnel est au petit soin, très prévenant (un petit clin d’œil pour l’accueil d’Hanna).Un très bon 5*.

Il posto è bellissimo, la struttura è nuova, pulitissima e accogliente, la posizione centrale.. tutte caratteristiche che, già da sole, giustificano il massimo del punteggio. Tuttavia, una nota di merito aggiuntiva dev'essere fatta sull'educazione, la professionalità e cortesia di tutti (ma proprio tutto lo staff!). Mai visto qualcuno non salutarti o sorridere. Complimenti.

Non ho trovato qualcosa che non va. Posso solo dare un personale consiglio: la piscina la terrei aperta e accessibile agli ospiti anche la sera. È comprensibile che ciò sia difficile essendoci un bar/ristorante, il "pacifico".... però ponendo alcune regole, la si potrebbe tener fruibile dagli ospiti per godere della visuale notturna di dubai immersi in acqua.

Tout était parfait, je ne vois pas ce que l'on peut rajouter en qualité de services. La grandeur et la propreté des chambres, la piscine et la salle de sport toute équipée dernier cri. Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque.

Pour dire quelque chose, des bouteilles d'eau fraiches auraient été les bienvenues dans les chambres. Celles distribuées étaient à température ambiante.

Accueil très professionnel. Personnel au top qui sait prendre soin de ses clients. Mention spéciale à Rajaa et Sofia à la réception , Akash et Ishika au restaurant. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir délicieux aux saveurs variées, avec des produits frais. Chambres très propres avec personnel attentionné. Les navettes gratuites pour la plage et pour le mall sont très pratiques et confortables tout au long du séjour. A 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro, à 10/15 minutes à pied du mall Emirates

Das Hotel ist modern und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und es gibt sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel ist nah zur Metro Station.

فندق جمييييل جداً راقي ونظيف في منطقة البرشا تحتك مطاعم ومقاهي ماتقفل طول الليل. اعجبني العزل ماتسمع ولا صوت لامن الغرف اللي جنبك ولامن الشارع. على كثر الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها وكلها 5 نجوم لكن هاذي افضل إقامة

My family and I just spent the kindest, most fun, most welcoming vacation at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. It indeed deserve the five stars rating and much more. Check-In: The check-in experience was a “breeze” with lovely and welcoming receptionists, the escort to the room by the receptionist was a nice gesture. In-room amenities and housekeeping: Everything a family needs as amenities in the room is available or can be arranged by the excellent staff. The housekeeping staff was excellent and attentive to all details as they make up the room, the room sparkled at each make up round. Sheets, towels, and tissues were regularly changed to pristine and neat replacements. Shout out to all housekeeping staff, especially Linn and all other workers whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. Gardenia Brasserie and Americano Cafe: A role model at hospitality. Breakfast at the Gardenia was vibrant with variety of dishes and hospitable staff. Ann was kind and hospitable to my family, especially my daughter. Waiters and waitresses at the Gardenia were kind and helpful with everything we needed. Coffee and pastry are mouthwatering at the Americano. During my stay, I had my morning turkish coffee fix by either Ann or Yelis which was done by the best people, and the perfect morning routine before I went about my day. Family Activities: Some days we didn’t have to leave the hotel as it offers nice and fun activities. Gym and Swimming pools, for adults and kids, with refreshments are available. Kids play area are also available. For relaxing, in-house wellness spa can be used. My daughter had an accident by the gym. The security and the duty manager were attending and offer all the help there is. They offer first aid and even asked to call a doctor. Later, they send a cake to our room which was a tremendously kind gesture.

There is a lovely pool deck and separate kids pool with play area. The restaurant was very nice, I enjoyed the Italian buffet theme night.

No alcohol, my bad for not realising when booking. Cost for early and late check out was high.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming. The room was perfectly clean . The bed was incredibly comfortable. Room service provided excellent service and very tasty food. Every staff member was friendly and eager to assist, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Thank you, for making my stay so special.

Continuous annoying sound inside the room

A good stay affords an attentive and motivated staff... Some of them are not that visible to the guests... but they do their job with a high anticipation. Especially the people from the house keeping department like Rai, Rajat and Pun. If you need to relaxe try to go to the recreation area in the 6th floor.. Darya will assist you in her pleasant way. If you need a good massage... well ask for Yuria and her lovely colleges... On the pool area you will find the life guard Monrial who will have an serious eye on your needs and deeds. enjoy...!
