brand spanking new everything! it was like staying in a brand new 5 star luxury condo. incredible view, easy access to elevator (needed for my mom) beautifully landscaped, parking was easy and close to unit. Has wheelchair access to elevator, friendly neighbors.

needs a stool to get into the beds in guest room ( mom is 4’11”). this place was outstanding.

The home was excellent. Beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was clean and everything needed was there. Beach access was perfect. All in all, everything was as advertised.

The only issues were the people staying in the unit above us. They stomped loudly enough to cause the lights in our unit to rattle. Also, on 2 occasions someone in the unit above urinated over the deck railing - while I was sitting on the deck. Luckily, I was in communication with the owner and she quickly dealt with that issue.

We stay at this community often. The condo is nicely decorated and clean, with all the amenities you could ever need. Our host was very informative and made sure we knew just what to do and expect.

Not the owners fault that the elevator was out but it was a pretty big inconvenience. The master bed was very squeaky and the owners should consider more pillows for the bedrooms. Looked like some damage on the balcony, but the furniture out there was very nice. Unfortunate that the railing is at eye level when you are in these chairs, but not a big deal.

Loved the location. Beach not too crowded. Unit was fully equipped with everything you might need.

The mattresses in the condo were horribly sunken in with a bumpy hard surface. They were so uncomfortable it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. The mattress cover was covered in dirt and food crumbs. All the comforters on the beds felt dusty to the touch. Wall hanging fell off the wall with no one around. Not enough parking for all tenants. Couldn’t see the beach very well from the balcony. Large railing hindered view from this unit.

Everything was clean and the rooms were perfect. Best place for a weekend getaway. I’ll definitely be doing this again.

The property is in a prime location! The hostess made herself available and was willing to answer any questions. The property was in excellent repair. Internet speed was fast as we came for work and leisure. Could definitely see myself living here. Only wish we had found this 15 years ago. Would love to come back on our annual trip to North topsail! Thank you!
