The house was roomy

The shower in master bathroom did not work. The house is older and could use some work.

Location was good, area was quiet, kitchen was adequate

Game room missing pool table balls, washer did not work, shower did not work, no hot water, beds were horrible and old, ants were always on counters. Local contact would not answer, didn’t call back or respond to email

Great little area for dogs and kids, nice area to walk

The game room was very musty and smelt of mildew. Turned on the dehumidifier the day we arrived and still could not use it because of the odor Mattress in one bedroom you could feel the coils when sleeping. For the price this was a big disappointment. Dog next dog barked excessively. Location and amenities do not match the cost of this rental. Grass needed to be cut.

Layout was very efficient and had privacy. Neighbors are very friendly. Area is quiet and safe.

Nice living room and kitchen appliances. Being located near the beach but still have to drive there. Cute decor.

The house is not located in a private area at all. The carport is so small and the ceiling so low there is no way to safely park 2 cars in that space. The pet friendly yard with fence wasn’t safe for my small dogs as the gate does not close properly/my dog got right out and I’m glad I was right there to catch him. The gate at the top of deck doesn’t close right either and can be pushed open easily. I tried to walk my dogs on the road in front and we were immediately pursued by a huge black chow dog not on a leash or monitored at all. This dog chased me and my 2 dogs up the stairs. He came into the yard and I had to grab up my dogs and run up wet stairs to get them inside and we were in danger. No dog of an aggressive breed such as chow should ever be left unattended around rental properties where unknown dogs will be there. The neighbors have a chicken farm on their property with a rooster and plenty of chickens making noise starting at sunrise each morning. The other dogs next door are cute but never ever stop barking unless they are inside. I felt very uncomfortable and felt like I was being watched every second, no privacy at all at any areas of the house outside. There were a ton of ants, bees, and spiders crawling all over the deck and up the chairs into my clothes. The motion lights on the deck were literally like a blinding spotlight and you can’t ever actually see the stars. I didn’t go in the basement as it was strange to have to go outside downstairs and use a key to get in there and I was there just me so no biggie. My friend got the shingles so she couldn’t come. Maybe fix the fence, both gates, disclose there are literally chickens and it’s like a jungle kind of out there :) just so people are aware of these details. The bed was crunchy sounding and hard. The master shower has very very low water pressure, the floors are kind of sinking in when you walk and the kitchen floor feels like a downward hill walking in there.

House was clean and comfortable. Good distance from the beach. Neighborhood was nice.
