House is actually more beautiful than pictured! Everything you could need is at the house from pool toys, spices, shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels, etc. The house is beautiful and we had so much fun in the pool- definitely a trip to remember!!

Let me start this review with …The house is amazing, beautiful, welcoming, all extras you may need are provided; beach toys, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and so much more. The host is wonderful as well. Now for the be aware of… if you have any hearing or mobility issues in your party. This house does not have a bedroom on main floor so steps are required to get to all bedrooms, also steps to get in garage, and to front door. More steps then expected caused a bit of trouble for my 80+ yo mom with limited mobility. As for the hearing issue, there are few rugs to absorb the sound through the home so it does not take much for it to become very loud.
We found a local beach worth sharing, its called Turtle Beach a bit further but not as crowded as others and easy parking and walk to beach and distance to water.

This is the type of property that you come back to more than once. This was our second stay here and we LOVE the place. Everything a family needs and MORE! The house was remarkable! Had pretty much everything you could possibly need! Best property I have ever stayed in. Also any questions I had Chet was awesome in helping! If you want a great place, book this house!! It is awesome! Only thing that would have been easier for me since I am older would have been to have had THIS house closer to the beach but had a great pool and hot tub so spent lots of time there but we did spend time at several of the beaches. Thank you Chet and VRBO!

This house was one of the best we’ve stayed at and very clean. The owners were generous with household items (toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, laundry and dish soap, grocery staples, etc). The bedrooms were great - including 4 kings with private baths which is really nice when traveling with multiple adult couples. The screened in pool was very fun for our kids and had tv and hot tub too. Plenty of beach toys, cooler, wagon, chairs etc. and bikes! Overall, we had an awesome stay.
We recommend traveling over to Lido beach. It has smooth sand and easy street parking. We also drove to turtle beach for sunset and seashell collecting.

We have stayed at dozens of properties over the years (including two other siesta key homes) and none have ever exceeded expectations like this one. I hardly know where to begin! Upon arrival, the house was spotless - the cleanest we've ever checked into. The amenities were perfect. We didn't have any experience with a spa attached to the pool, so navigating the heater was daunting at first - but Chet walked us through it so patiently and kindly, we were off and running in no time! Every bedroom but one has a private bathroom which was great for our group. There's a laundry on both the first and second floor which was very helpful. The kitchen is amazing - the seperate ice freezer never ran out, the refridgerator is ENORMOUS and I already miss it! The gas stove is perfect, and the appliances were all top notch. The pool was lovely - and it was so nice having a bathroom with pool access so nobody was dripping through the house. The garage was plenty big enough for our Ram 1500 Ltd Crew Cab. I read another review that mentioned a nosy neighbor - there is an elderly gentleman whose house is just behind this one, but we never heard a peep from him. We were also respectful of the neighborhood and kept it quiet outdoors after 10. Chet was SO accommodating and nice. We loved it so much we extended our stay for 2 extra days, which we never do. We can't wait to come back and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on Siesta Key! I can't think of one negative thing to report. THANK YOU!

When you pay big money, you want perfect. A non functioning refrigerator from the moment we walked in. Tried to contact owner but he was non communicative via phone or text untiil i emailed him that it felt like he was avouding me. Finally called and said he wasnt getting my calls or text. Informed him of the fridge and he pretty much acted like we broke it in the 10 minutes we were there or were too stupid to know how to turn it on because "it was just working when his wife was there a few days before". We were inpositioned 4 times with repairmen that tried to fix it but never did. No rebate, no refund. Our first night was just me and my wife and 2 other family members sitting by the pool, TALKING. There is a 10pm "curfew" in this neighborhood and at 10:01 the super nibby neighbor started screaming for us to go inside. It was shocking. Four minutes later the owner texted usca threstening message that we would be removed if the neighbor sent any further text. Didnt ask us our thoughts or anything. He threw in some mormon religious thoughts for good measure. Botton line: we felt trapped INSIDE the whole 12 days we stayed here and often went elsewhere to enjoy ourselves and let off steam for our vacation.

The house had everything we needed for a great vacation with our kids and grandkids. It was nice that the house is close to all the action but located in a quiet neighborhood. We visited several different beaches that were all within a few miles. And the bikes were a great plus!

There’s really not much new to say … compared to all the other reviews . We found the home to be extremely clean . The kitchen is great for those families that want to ‘stay in’ and do a bit of cooking . Some of the basic condiments and spices are already there, too (which helps to reduce waste of staying in a spot for just a week) . The hot tub gets nice and hot ! Underlying it all is superb communication with the owner !!

The only house description in the VRBO wrte-up that was a bit disappointing was distance to the beach. Yes, the house is in walking distance to a very tiny beach that is so small you can’t stroll up and down it. The larger, true-sized beach where you can put up your tent was about a 25 minute bike ride from the house. (Which by the way are provided by the house owners- 4 bikes, in fact) Everything else about the house was amazing! So many conveniences not usually offered in a beach rental and it was immaculate. We will stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful week of family time with our children and grandchildren. The house provided a perfect location to enjoy beach, pool and other Siesta Key activities. The kids especially liked traveling in a 6 person golf cart to explore! Great weather and fond memories of our time in Siesta Key.

The house is great for larger groups; spacious and very well appointed (especially the kitchen - it has everything that you can think of!) It is within walking distance of Siesta Key Village, in a lovely quiet area. Highly recommend.

The 13 in our family from 3 states got together for a fun week at Christmas. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The house is located close to many activities. Several enjoyed the three block walk to the beach and the bicycles. The heated pool was a big hit.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with our family in the well kept and very clean rental! The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub! The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. I have never rented a property that offered so much( staples, seasonings, etc.) Beach items were in good shape and there was so much stuff to use which is great especially when you fly! All and all a great rental and a great time! Would highly recommend!!

House is immaculately clean and beautiful. Upon entering the home, you feel at home! They make their home feel inviting and comfortable. It is well stocked and has a variety of spices and baking ingredients. The pool was a huge hit for the entire family! Location is great, close to many stores.

Amazing house for 4 families. Chet encouraged husband & I to have the master but it was perfect & very spacious for my daughter & her husband, 4yr old and 18 month old. House has 4 bedrooms with their own baths, plus another bedroom. Another daughter & her husband took the bedroom without the bath but shared bathroom with their 2 kids across the hall. Everyone loved the private pool, the gourmet kitchen was amazing with 3 sinks to prepare food. Beds were very comfortable. Owners supplied extras: shampoo/conditioner, body wash, paper supplies, numerous condiments. Regarding location: It isn't beachside but very close to other beaches. We enjoyed Siesta Keys beach, Lido beach, Venice beach, Turtle beach and Shell beach. I think if we would've had a home on the beach, we wouldn't have ventured to the other beaches. Shell beach is just 3 blocks from the house, very tiny! But in the am, very peaceful. SIL visited it 3 times, once had a manatee swim near him. This home is beautiful, very close to areas of interest. My entire family had nothing but great comments about this home. With 12 of us, no one ever felt cramped. We had an amazing vacation and staying here certainly added to it! Definitely no regrets staying here! Thank you to Chet for his lovely home!

We stayed with our 4 daughters andntheir families to celebrate our anniversary. The beautiful house with a pool was big enough for all of us, near the beaches and great restaurants. There were lots of activities tonchoose from; deep sea fishing, dinner/drink cruises, parasailding, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

There can't be a better VRBO rental in Siesta Key than this one. As many reviewers have already stated, this property is one of the better-stocked rentals in all of VRBO. Every aspect of the rental process was covered by Chet prior to our arrival, and he was easy to reach via several methods if we would have needed him during our stay. The house was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and up-to-date. Quite honestly, after returning home I have decided that our home needs some updates! LOL! Would 100% recommend and would certainly have no reservations about renting this beauty again! Thanks Chet!

The house is beautiful. Kitchen was built for a gourmet cook! The gas on the 6 burners was temperamental at times and oven bakes a bit slow (but we’re used to an electric oven/gas stove. Unlike most beach houses we rented, you don’t need to bring toilet paper, paper towels & tissues. Loved the huge refrigerator & freezer, although one side was full on the door with leftover condiments; we’re used to having to completely empty the refrigerator/freezer on check-out. The in-cabinet ice maker was great. We all enjoyed the pool. It was great having shell beach so close by. The master suite is phenomenal.

The home was the most well stocked home we have ever visited including kitchen items, shampoo and soap and paper products. The tiny beach you can walk to isn’t really a beach. More than one family there isn’t viable but siesta beach and village are a short drive.

Bay Isle is a beautiful home. We stayed with 8 adults and 4 children and it worked great. The kitchen and family room were large enough for us all to spend time. The pool area is right off the kitchen and worked great for the kids. All in all, the house was a perfect setting for our family vacation.

So happy not to be disappointed at all with this private lovely property rental. Our children and grandchildren absolutely loved it inside and out , as did we. The pool and hot tub were perfect especially since it had a shallow section as well. The location and proximity to beach was great too. At the end of a long busy day the beds and bedding were also perfect as was the beautiful master bathroom. Not a thing to complain about.

We spent a month at this beautiful property, and did NOT want to leave. Most importantly everything is CLEAN. Additionally, this home is the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in with everything a visiting family may need from a plethora of spices, pantry items, Solo cups, utility staples like tape or Sharpies - even laundry detergent and toothpicks. We were also pleased to find box fans in most bedrooms/closets (something we use for background noise when we travel, but had to leave at home due to cargo capacity).
The location is an easy 2 block walk from a small beach where nightly sunset NEVER disappoints, and the village/larger beach is a short drive (or bike ride) away. The main roads are busy most of the day. However, the home is located in a quiet enclave with lots of friendly neighbors.
As other guests have noted, the pool area was fairly shady. This is wonderful for privacy and I imagine shade in the very hot weather. We simply moved a few chairs to the front entry vestibule for late afternoon sun. The heated pool and hot tub were also a dream.
Given that we were at the property for so long there was the occasional need to contact the owners. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests/minor repairs. They also walked a very fine line of being constantly available to assist us whenever needed while providing us with the utmost privacy - very much appreciated!

Great house that has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Close to beautiful Siesta beach. Everybody enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A perfect property for a larger group.
