Great for a large group

The house was perfect for the family Thanksgiving. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The Amish Dinner that was catered in was delicious. We are already planning a return trip.

If you have a large group then this is the house. Nice bedrooms. Love the theater room.

Perfect spot for group of 8 adults and our 8 kids with ages ranging from 3-9 y/o to catch back up for a relaxing weekend. The very unique and massive home easily accommodated our group. We luckily had perfect weather and spent most of our days outside in the large yard and patio area but this house would have been much more than we needed if the weather was not as favorable. Host was very accommodating and communication was great throughout the process. This group getaway was once an every year occurrence but became less convenient with young children and this was our first trip together in 9 years. There are already talks of adding this home to our short list of places for next year. Would definitely recommend to anyone in any situation. Great trip!

Our group takes a trip together every spring. This year’s destination was Holmes County which led us to this VRBO listing. The house was huge and we had more than enough bedrooms and space for the 8 of us. Our hosts greeted us and were extremely responsive on the few occasions that we needed something done. When we arrived on Sunday they let us know that they had just become aware of a problem with the internet. 1st thing Monday morning someone came out to fix the problem. Since we are not Amish we really appreciated that. I would definitely return to the area and to the house.

This property was perfect for our women's retreat. Plenty of room to spread out. The women attending the retreat definitely enjoyed the space to breathe and feel pampered for a couple of days.

We stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from the College of Wooster. The house was [perfect for all of the family we had coming and going. The setting was idyllic, and the house had everything we needed for everyone! The teens enjoyed playing pool and ping-pong and the adults enjoyed the many decks. The owners were incredibly responsive. Thank you for the perfect weekend!

Everyone loved our family weekend in Holmes County. The house is lovely and spacious to accommodate our family of 20. There was something for everyone— the youth enjoyed ping pong, fooseball and pool, as well as card games. The big screen was perfect to take in the big game. The women got along great in the huge kitchen. The younger girls enjoyed sleeping in the bunk room together. Our family fit perfectly and our belated Christmas gathering will always be remembered with fondness! Thank you for such a wonderful home to relax and make memories.

Very nice property, well apportioned, well maintained, easy to find, well described. Owners easy to contact when needed. Plenty to do. Large kitchen and dining with seating.

We had a lot of wasps inside property and that was very scary. There was a lot of the wasp downstairs and some upstairs where my nephew and baby slept. They came out to spray but there were still wasp flying around. Also, we had planned movie nights because of the big movie room but most of us were scared of the wasps so that did not go well. There was a jacuzzi in one of the rooms that did not work we were not told about that then there was a mouse in the house.

This property was amazing! Plenty of room and the owners are really great. Great place for large gatherings and we would definitely rent again.

Large, spacious house that was very convenient to the sites of Amish Country and the hosts were very attentive, timely and informative. The house was perfect for our large family!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was large, comfortable and beautiful. The location was fantastic, with the sound of horses going by in the road, pulling buggies. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend it.

We were very happy with the Accomadations and location of this house/property! Our family had 13 adults an one child from western Ohio and southern Virginia. Beautiful place to have family time in the heart of Amish Country! We loved the big windows in the living room that allowed us to see the goats and horses next door and the horse and buggy’s traveling on the road.the back deck had plenty of chairs to relax. The big kitchen allowed us to fix a lot of food! ❤️❤️❤️

Our stay was wonderful! First time all 18 of us have been on vacation in years. House is amazing.

We wanted a meeting point for our family - Chicago-Conn-NY. Family has little ones 4,3, 2, 1. This house met and exceeded our vacation to Amish Ohio Country. Everyone had their own rooms & bathrooms. Kids had a blast inside and out. You sit in the backyard, playing frisbee, wiffle ball, bubbles or just playing tag. Goats, cows and horses next door. Buggy's riding by, walk to the market, take arun through the rolling hills all right outside. The house was amazing, the beautiful living room had a spot for everyone, kids playing, adults reading or remote working at the private desk. The house went on forever, one room after another was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had 3 sinks, 2 ovens, cabinet storage for everything we needed. Quiet breakfast with the grandchildren in the 4 season room off the kitchen. What better vacation than movie night with your family in a built in comfortable, cozy movie theater. Game room for everyone to enjoy. All I can say is travel the distance, gather your family or friends and you will be AMAZED at this beautiful home. Take in Berlin, Williamsburg, visit a livestock auction, feed zebras and giraffes, petting farms, buggy rides, shop and learn. Truly a vacation everyone needs. This house is one you will be blown away from the moment you walk in. Great host, easy to communicate, met all our needs.

This was the first time for both of our familys being together. The home was perfect for everyone to come together, or if needed to have there own space.

There was enough space and activities for the 17 people in our family to have a great time. The owner was located nearby and was very friendly and accommodating.

Great property. Comfortable beds. Very spacious. Game room and theater were a great benefit. Would not hesitate to go back.

We visited for an extended weekend to attend a wedding. Our family was able to stay together in this house which is quite large allowing us to be together, but also spread out. It is located in a lovely neighborhood and because the house and property is so beautiful some of the pictures on the wedding day were taken at the property.

A wonderful place for a vacation. Beautiful, spacious, spotless home. Wonderful host! Can't wait for my next trip.

We stayed for a long weekend in March to celebrate my mom's 89th birthday. The house is gorgeous and feels like it goes on forever. My mom has trouble with stairs and everything she needed was on the main floor. Her suite was beautiful but for older guests I will caution that the bed was quite high. We pulled out the box spring and it worked just fine. The basement was a big hit with all our young adults and teens. The location is far enough away from the commercial side of the area, but close enough to get everywhere you want to go within just a few minutes. We wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the beautiful porch, but hopefully next time! Highly recommend.

The house was huge, easy to get lost! Our favorite was each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. (5 couples). Also beds very comfortable. Girls loved sitting by the fireplace and just chatting - which was so nice since we had not been able to do that this past year. Guys liked watching movies in the theater. I think we are definitely coming back next year.

The house is beautiful!! Very clean. My family, (10 adults and 8 kids) stayed here comfortably. We came to visit our family /grandmother that lives in Cleveland. (1 hour 20 min drive) Very quiet town, definitely not for loud parties. We had a peaceful, relaxing visit filled with games, food and movies.

We had a wonderful time!!! The host, the house, the location were all wonderful!! The house was wayyyyy more than we expected and we really enjoyed ourselves. We wanted a quiet family vacation away from the worries of COVID and this property was perfect. Hope to return in the fall!!
