The inside was new and clean, and it’s a very nice modern house. The owner was also flexible, and since we had a baby, we asked him for an early check-in despite the bad weather. He was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your understanding, Dan!!! It was our first Big Bear and we all had a great time.

The garage door didn’t open, so when I contacted the owner, he immediately answered n tried to address the issue but still didn't open, and my husband ended up figuring it out manually. The heater in the living room didn't work well and It was a pity that we could not use the fireplace. It was inconvenient for families with children to have to carry garbages to a designated place, but it seems to be a rule of entire Big Bear not only for this accommodation.

Great property that is centrally located to everything. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook dinner for family. All in all was a great trip with family and a nice place to call home for a couple of days.

The third bedroom is bunk beds. I have teenage kids that did not fit well in beds, feet hit the bottom of bed and just not comfortable option for teenagers/other adults traveling with you if over 5'8. We had an aero bed with us so one of kids slept on that and other toughed it out on bottom bunk.

Such a spacious, modern house! We LOVED staying here, felt very relaxed. Beds were comfortable. The shower in the main bedroom was super powerful. We also loved the Sonos through the house. Great home for a family to stay in!

The internet on the main TV continued to drop out. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

The home is beautiful, very crisp and clean. Great location. Plenty of blankets and other accommodations. Upgraded smart home. LOVE the bathroom heated floors - great touch for cold winters out here. Easy to navigate to. Close to grocery, restaurants, slopes, lake, everywhere you want to be. Beds are super comfortable, lots of seating and table space for our Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful large bathrooms and good water pressure.. Will absolutely book here again.

There were only 2 small issues with the home. First the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. We Google the make and model and it is a common issue. We ended up buying a bag, so no big deal. Second the internet on the living room tv wasn't stable, so no movies without it freezing or crashing.
