The air conditioner only cooled off the living room and kitchen.

Very clean! Linens and towels were included! All pillows and matresses brand new. Wonderful location! Excellent family vaca!

I would have loved to have a broom. It would come in handy when hanging outside. I really wanted to sweep the deck.

The property owner never contacted us, even though I tried several different methods. The POA didn't do a very good job of giving us the proper credentials to use the other facilities.

Drive way not plowed ice everywhere we had to plow it our self cant get ahold of anybody

It was a quiet location. Lake was near by.

There was a misunderstand with our booking and the owner was staying there and didn’t know about our arrival. I called the contact provided from my email which was a guy named J Romano from a company Evolve. I explained to him we arrived at our destination and ppl were already there and we didn’t know what to do. I asked J if he would speak with the owner and he actually said no which left me speechless and just defeated. We just drove 2 1/2 hours with 3 kids and a dog. He ended up speaking with the owner and apparently he said he quit. The owner and his girlfriend were very kind and helpful. They gathered their items and two greyhounds as quickly as they could so we could settle in. Although I had quite a bit of cleaning to do before we did that. I had to dress all the beds with linens, empty and rewash the dishes in the dishwasher, vacuum the house, clean the counters, tables and bathroom. Then clean the patio furniture and grill before I could cook and we could sit and eat. We ate outside because it was so hot in the Chalet and opening every window didn’t even help. The owner and his girlfriend had food there too and left it since they would only be returning after we left, so I just kept theirs separate from ours. They stayed in one of the bedrooms and we just didn’t use that room either. I of course cleaned up when it was time to go after our two night stay and I am certain I left the house in a cleaner state then which we arrived. We had to drive home with our two bags plus the bag of garbage from when we arrived too because the parking pass wasn’t left for us to use and you need that to drop off trash at the entrance. The lake wristbands/passes weren’t left either so we couldn’t access the beach are of the lake. This was not the relaxing getaway weekend I was looking forward too. I wrote to the company Evolve that “hosted” and haven’t heard any response back yet.
