This is to all people who want to thinking rent this house . I was in put in bay area around 11:30pm with 5 month baby . I don't find any hotel in that area, And i book this so called house. I call the property to get directions but the dude who received my call told me he is a driver he don’t know anything,need to call resort to get a pin and conformation. I told him that i have both information with me in my email. He hang up his phone and never received phone again.

Poor Communication, wrong information on website. I try to drive to the property but it end up me to place where there is no excess to go i End-up in lake . So, we return back to Columbus stay night in hotel and we went back Pittsburgh. The owner fraud me and took my money $ 900.

Location was great

No table to eat at, no door between two of the bedrooms, worn furniture, very poor kitchen equipment, reminded me of a frat house

I liked the location it was right off the main drag in town

You could have told me about the 500 deposit when I paid the bill over a month prior to our stay, instead of the day I'm checking in . You could have told us at the time that there was a man going to be staying in the basement. You might also have mentioned about the golf cart having to come from a specific company , and the fact that you are parking them in the yard next to the house where my grandchildren are playing. You might also have the cornhole boards out where we could get to them if you're gonna advertise that you have them. There are a lot of things you could have done better.

THEY SAID HAVE WIRELESS TO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET BUT THEY DON'T HAVE WIRELESS , WE COMPLAINT ABOUT IT THEY SAID WILL FIX IT BUT THEY DON'T.

Location was good. Backyard was accommodating.

Unclear instructions for house access. Staff and manager were rude. Only a half of a roll for toilet paper for 20 people. No soap. One towel in house for bathroom.
