This hotel was very dingy and uncomfortable and there were bugs all over the room. The couch was all scratched up and the bathroom didn't have a hand towel.

The price was good.

The elevator was broken the entire time, so I had to climb the stairs. The staff call early in the morning to rush guests out of the room. If you are not extending you have to be out by 11:00am. There are no late checkouts. They need to change this.

Mostly quiet . Vinyl floors instead of carpet is nice.

Back Door propped open all day and night. Room floors dirty, need to be washed not just swept. Burn marks on the bathroom counter. Chairs in terrible condition. Looked like they were destroyed by dogs. No hair dryer in the room.

There was no breakfast,just complementary coffe,and I dont drink coffee.

Those towels need to be change to an upgrade,and if you have coffee,at least have some teas

It was dirty. Roaches crawling on the floor as soon as you walk in the room. The staff was very non chalant and rude.

I didn't like the fact that no housewares,kitchen utensils were provided and you had to bring your own or to rent from the facility That spoiled my stay.

The property was disgusting, the entire building and room smelled of smoke and mold bed sheets were filthy with stains all over. There was a big hole in the bathroom door as if someone punched a fist through it. Floors were dirty. I immediately told the hotel I will not be staying here due to the condition and they to provided me a refund however I needed the funds right away to purchase another room and my bank agreed to release the funds right away if the assistant manager of the property can provide them with a reversal code he refused and told me to wait till it goes back into the account I even explained that I need to book another room I had my kids with me we did not have a place to stay because he did not want to help with the reversal
