The place had a calm energy and was super clean. The staff were so lovely and assisted us with anything we needed. The attention to detail with the services was incredible. The breakfast was so tasty too!

Friendly staff and a great location near Iwatake Gondola.
Our room was designed terribly. We stayed in room 208 with my family with the description of the room being two bedrooms a kitchen living area and a bathroom. The large kitchen was pathetic with the sink falling off the wall and no storage or shelving. The space for the refrigerator was huge with just a small refrigerator sitting in the middle of it. The dining table and chairs are cheap camping furniture from IKEA, as well as the minimal amount of cutlery and dishes that were stored in a poorly constructed huge open cabinet that sat next to a two person cushioned sofa that disintegrated every time someone sat on it. Namely the bottom of the sofa had a black corse fabric that had become so dry and brittle that the slightest disturbance would cause some of it to fall on the floor. Also no vacuum provided. The bedrooms have No Doors. The layout of each consisted of two twin beds and a small shelf along the outside wall with a single electrical outlet between the beds. The window coverings consisted of the cheapest curtain and rod I have ever seen with clear scotch tape holding the hanger rods together, the curtain consisted of a single ill fitting semi transparent fabric that did almost nothing to shade the sun and little for privacy. Our room faced the public street and busy bus stop. The bathroom was small with a pedestal sink, no storage, a toilet and a shower stall with a small bit of clear glass that did almost nothing from preventing water to soak half of the bathroom floor. The lobby of the hotel is also a jumble mess of IKEA furniture. A mix of camping and dorm room furniture. I counted 12 different chairs and stools in the small space, with the only common theme being they were all cheaply made and uncomfortable. The free wine the hotel offers must be paid for with lashings to your taste buds as it is like spoiled grape juice with corn syrup or a Boone’s Strawberry Hill.

The place looks very hip and nice with a camping theme and Snow Peak equipment.
It's not a hotel, basically no ppl serve you, you have to self serve for a lot of things. For example, breakfast is pre-made the night before and placed in the fridge of your room, you have to take it downstairs and reheat it yourself. The daily freshly made bread is prepared in the morning in a bread machine and you have to take it out yourself. And you have to clean up the tables and dishes after you are done.
