View from the balcony

This property was terrible. The whole apartment was extremely dirty, it was so bad that we had to leave a night early as my partner and I were covered in bed bug bites. The kitchen was full of cockroaches, ants and little insects. We had to throw away so much food we had bought at the supermarket as we even saw a cockroach inside the fridge on two occasions. Whenever we would turn the light on in the kitchen little insects, bugs and cockroaches would scurry away. I found this extremely disgusting and very upsetting as I had spent my hard earned money on such a terrible property that should not be allowed on BOOKING.COM. The bedrooms had curtains that were attached to the wall via Velcro. These curtains were in front of the balcony doors so they would constantly be falling off. The side of the bed had so much mould on it and the bedsheets were full of stains. The bed bug bites have caused my partner and I a lot of distress as they have affected our day to day lives, we have had to spend money on creams and we will now have to pay to get our clothes washed properly. The host was extremely poor at communicating things with us, she left the keys with a very unpleasant man who was constantly harassing my partner, he knocked on our door one night asking if everything was fine. I found this very intimidating as it was 11pm at night and this was not professional nor did it make us feel safe. Due to the combination of everything above, we decided to leave the property a night early, I have proof of all of this and can even provide messages with the owner of the apartment. I am infuriated by all of this and shocked that BOOKING.Com allows a property like this to be on their platform. I have been a loyal customer of booking.com for several years, however now I am contemplating whether I should stop using the platform. It is properties like this that brings companies like yourself into disregard. I would like a partial refund as a minimum.

Good location

The kitchen is filthy. There are insects everywhere, including the bathroom and the living room. The door to the bedroom got stuck so we couldn't enter the room at all and had to sleep on the sofa. The blinds are broken, as well as the freezer. Overall, the place is not in a good condition.

The location is perfect! you can find so many markets close to it, cafés, the corniche etc.. The view is amazing! Didn't meet the owner but was so nice and guided me to get the keys.

The cockroaches in the kitchen or the bathroom!! they would surprise me running out around those areas. There should be some treatment in this regard.

Perfectly clean, beautiful sight and the balcony is mesmerising.
