Excellent location. Right on a beautiful beach. Beautiful grounds and gardens. Nice pool. Close to Hilo town and airport. Great parking and easy building access.

Needs a good deep cleaning. Funky smell. Some dishes were dirty. Towels and bed linens all smelled like mildew. Blinds in both bedrooms have missing or broken parts.

Size, location to beach areas and restaurants.

Old left over items (ie. rock hard coffee grounds) from previous visitors. Couch is stained and totally uncomfortable. Pillow in second bedroom is badly stained. We had noisy kids upstairs.

Beach access, pool access. Close to town but not too close and not too far away.. loved the assigned parking space for the unit. A few good food options are nearby.

Items in home need to be date checked or verified ( i.e., peroxide and rubbing alcohol were outdated (2018)). Pool noodle was old or worn as it was shedding. Add some carpet rugs instead of bamboo. Not comfy on feet. The couch in the living room needs some cleaning. One floatie has a hole and is not usable. Towels smell like mildew.. they need better detergent or replacement. We bought some in order to not use the smellie ones. The front door or door handle needs some maintenance. Overall, the space needs some work and/or updates.

The beds ere super comfortable.

The laundry room. There should at least be a change machine around. Having to scour town for a change machine. We also noticed the locals didn't like that as well.

The view was great! Ocean view, pool view and on the 4th floor! So you could walk around naked and no one would see you! The condo came with pretty much anything you needed...beach towels, toaster, wifi, dishes, stove, fridge, water toys, laundry detergent etc. The fact that the unit is also located right off the elevator made it great too and the parking for this unit is closest to the elevator as well. Awesome, it made it really convenient for us to haul things to and from the unit. And we never had a problem finding additional parking on the side of street which we could always check on from this unit. Everything about this unit was amazing and so worth the price. We are so staying here again.

Aside from the fact that it was only a one bathroom, no Bluetooth speaker or alarm clock or maybe I just didn't find it...the condo was Amazing!!!
