Location is perfect for me for work to visit the local office. I love being downtown, within walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and grocery. The beds are very comfortable, the building is mostly quiet and the rooms are unique. Waking up to the smell of fresh donuts was not the worst way to start the day either.

The value, in my opinion, is lacking as it seems a little on the spendy side. But I do understand we are mostly paying for the location. Unfortunately it didn't appear the room had been thoroughly cleaned. There was a disposable coffee cup left on the bathroom sink and and previous guests trash under the sink. No paper towels on the holder at the kitchen sink. All easily fixable, but worth a mention, and the rest of the room was immaculate.

Bed was comfortable.

Shower area is really small. To get to the bedroom we needed to cross the bathroom. The bedroom sliding doors have a big gap from the wall so there’s no privacy to who is in the bathroom. There were pieces of broken glass on the bedroom floor. Luckily when I stepped on it I didn’t got hurt.

The hotel has no reception - however communicating with the staff over text was really easy and a great experience. They try to be as accommodating as possible with early check in and let us park in the free parking area before our room was ready. The rooms were really clean and I liked that there was a small kitchen / living area.

The price is really high - I was expecting something a little more luxury or a high-end boutique hotel. The rooms are definitely spacious and nice but I would not consider it luxury and would not pay the rate we paid to stay there again. The layouts of the room are very funky -- our room was what I would call a horizontal railroad style room. You enter into a small kitchen area then there is a clear sliding door on the right that is a bathroom. The sliding door leaves space when it closes so there is no privacy and the bathroom is incredibly small. through the bathroom's right side there is the bedroom and a sink inside the bedroom. So the bedroom could only be accessed by going through the bathroom which was only accessible through the living area.

Air conditioning was poor - either roasting or freezing. And very loud!

It was wonderful experience. Nice staff and made our stay AWESOME! We chose to stay there the night our wedding and even got another suite for the bestman.
