Location was great for walking to the OU football game and touring campus.

There were NO tvs. We are football fans and definitely wanted to watch more college games in the evening in the condo after being out all day.

This location is extremely convenient to campus and Campus Corner! Love the ease of getting in and out!

Very clean, convenient and spacious property. Our key pad stopped working but a quick call to management and the maintenance guy arrived and replaced the batteries.

There wasn't a television in the unit.

Nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable, except the fact that there is no TV. Perhaps the owner should put a TV in the property.

Lack of TV

The location to the campus was perfect and within walking distance to a CVS. The bathroom shower is nice.

The apartment smelled of smoke especially the back smaller bedroom. I notified the management company that it smelled of smoke when we arrived. I was told they have a no smoking policy and they would tell the team. The beds are very uncomfortable. The upstairs neighbor was very heavy footed and was most active after 10pm. Although there is a picture on the listing of a TV there is NO TV in the apartment. I requested an earlier check-in, but never got a response back from the management team. I did not received the door code for the apartment via email and had to reach out to the team to get it after check-in time.

The building where this apartment is was a bit dated. You could hear outside noise fairly easily.
