Beautiful view , great location

ROACHES… in kitchen and bathroom. Issue was reported and nothing was done. All I was told was they are getting with HOA and someone will reach out. I’m still waiting

Some things could be fixed like the sliding door handle and the beds could be more comfortable

Location and the size of the unit.

The dryer does not dry clothes fully, the oven works on one side - had to rotate food to cook both sides evenly. TV's were hard to use - the remote for the tv is the family room would turn on and off the tv but you had to manually change the channel. Never could get Wifi connection. The instructions say Summerchase HC and then unit and it did not work that way - the HC was never a choice.

Property itself was excellent.

The owners have NOT responded to any reviews by guests. So all issues I read about and assumed were taken care of had not been addressed. TV remotes needed new batteries every day. YES. We had to buy and replace.(I know doesn’t make sense but true). NO blankets. None. No hot water in kitchen !!except for dishwasher. It was cut and clamped off. No hair dry in the condo. Very aggravating. And staffing phone # was not responding in kind. Simple platitudes. So sorry. Will look into it… bla bla bla. 3 days later someone calls… OR. Sorry. We don’t provide hair dryers. So easy to fix. But-

The views of the beach are very nice. The staff we interacted with were friendly.

The ceiling above the shower in the master bath is covered with mold. The bedsheets on the sofa bed weren’t clean. The light switch cover near the master bath sink is broken. There are screws in the wall in the master bedroom where it looks like pictures were taken down. The picture in the entry does not have glass and the matting is coming loose. The cut outs in the ceiling around the fire sprinklers are messy and not finished. There were not a broom or mop available for use.

There was a foul smell in the kitchen. There was a mildew smell throughout the place. There were containers to help mask the smell Throughout the place. There was mold all on the ceiling of the primary bathroom. The beds were not comfortable.
