This villa was a dream come true!

Household supplies, working dishwasher , outdoor patio furniture needed replaced

We have been on 7 vacations to Orlando, FL and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in; absolutely exceptional! LOCATION: 2 minutes from the 192 and in easy/quick reach of everything you'll need/want from your Florida holiday. RESORT: Gated (and constantly manned!), secure and friendly/helpful staff. Well maintained, all areas clean and tidy. Felt very homely. They also recommended a pizza delivery place and it was the best pizza I've ever had! VILLA: Stunning. Very tasteful decor, especially if you're from the UK. Not a fan of the 'typical' Floridian decor with high-line plants, crockery and dated furniture. This property was modern, with huge flat screens in every room, comfortable and practical furniture, luxury appliances; the list is endless! Games room was fantastic and really well thought out. The pool was so warm which was lovely for our winter stay in early January. We have had 'spa's' in other villas and laughed that owners called them 'hot tubs', but the one in this villa did actually heat up to an easy 38°, a lovely hot-bath-temperature! This is the type of villa you dont want to leave, and can't wait to come home to. OWNERS/MANAGEMENT TEAM: The owner cant do enough for you, and was very quick to communicate/respond to messages; we even had a courtesy message halfway through to check everything was going ok. We booked this LAST MINUTE (after BA let us down), and with 3 HOURS NOTICE the owner made sure we had all our check-in info and had the villa prepared in good time. The management company were leaving as we were arriving at dusk. They had made sure the villa felt welcoming, with lamps on and basic essentials left which was a nice suprise/touch. It was VERY clean, including the pool. In summary, we loved this villa so much we will hope to stay here on future visits and will be highly recommending to others.

Everything was great, host was great, location, cleanliness, confort, everything I will recommend it for a great time for a family vacation.
