location clean and comfortable

access to the property very difficult, phoned for help and owners not helpful at all, communication poor. felt like a basement as back ground floor flat of a multi storey surrounded by similar.

The flat is very cosy, the beds are really comfortable, and the location is handy for our route. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a private parking place next to the building, which is very useful. I recommend it.

Great location for car rental return and access to train station. The fans in the bedrooms were a welcome relief from the heatwave

The apartment was incredibly well supplied and appointed, having every convenience. The flat was immaculately clean. The location was very good (right across from the train station). I would definitely stay again.

My only regret is that we only had one night in Poitiers. We were passing through on a business trip to Spain.

Good access to city centre, access to apartment (ground floor), apartment has all home appliances. Really good value for money.

Parking space could be larger and will be ok if personnel would speak a basic English.
