We were under the impression that this is a 9 bedroom house. It is in fact a 7 bedroom. The living room couch and basement futon do not define as a bedroom. We stayed here with 6 families. It wasn't fair for the kids to sleep in common areas when we had planned for everyone to have a room. Besides that, Everyone had a great time. Rained 3 days out of the week. We entertained ourselves with pool, hot tub, games, TV and billiard. Everything went great except for the misadvertisement about the number of bedrooms.

The home was wonderful for our group of adults. The multiple king sized beds were really nice. Beds were comfortable, house was spacious and it was nice to have a large tv for football. We enjoyed the amenities and location. There were stand alone ac units on top of the central air unit that need to be turned on and monitored. We were never uncomfortable so they worked well. We loved staying at the Shangri-la! The house was a short block from the beach, perfect for all the beach bums in the family. We had 14 people with us, and everyone had their own comfortable space. The pool and game room were awesome, no one ever got bored! The home is beautiful. We would definitely come back!

My family decided on this place because of the size, because we had me (grandfather), my 4 kids and their kids along with 2 great granddaughters There was plenty of room for everyone along with enough activities to keep everyone occupied I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a really nice place to enjoy a vacation Thank you for sharing with my family

The house is was super nice and the closeness to the beach was fantastic! The house offered great beach chairs, wagons, pool toys, etc., saved us from packing them or having to go out and buy more. We had a wide range of ages staying at the house from toddler to grandparents, there was something for everyone! The owner was super responsive and helpful.

This house was everything we could have asked for plus more. It was absolutely awesome! We LOVED this stay and hope to come back! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very close walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood. It was close enough to be able to run into "town" yet far enough away to be peaceful. The property owner Kevin, was very easy to contact and very courteous! The trip honestly couldn't have been any better. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a great time. The house is located a short walk from the beach and the pool area is awesome! Kevin is very good to work with as he texted back whenever I had a question for him. There was more than enough room for my entire family. Only complaint would be that the gaming system is missing a cord and you couldn't play it, otherwise one great family vacation!! Thank you! Smooth, enjoyable, perfect!

The host was very attentive and responsive to each communication/inquiry made. The home was cozy for a small family getaway. The house was spacious and all beds were comfortable even though the master bedroom upstair was squeaking. The other bedroom upstair had a faulty tv which didn’t really matter since kids were more involved with spending quality time with each other. Would definitely recommend this home.

The house was full of great things to do that kept us entertained for the week we were there. Very close to the beach and full of beach gear to use. Only complaints were about some of the cleanliness and build quality (one of the drains was clogged hair, some furniture/fixtures were showing age). But nothing that detracted from the great time.

We loved our vacation in Laguna Beach! The property had plenty of room for our family group of 12. The kids (and adults) loved the game room, and it was so nice to have our own private pool. The walk to the beach was super easy, and the beach closet was stocked with everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories spending time together at the beach, and we can’t wait to go back!

This house was beautiful and provided plenty of space for all of our extended family. It is located in a great area that is near restaurants and stores, yet far enough away to avoid the traffic. The beach was within walking distance and we carried everything in one of our wagons and another wagon that was provided on the property. There were plenty of beach chairs and floats provided also. The pool was great and very clean. This is the perfect place for a large family getaway.

Fantastic response from owner, spacious home with nice amenities

We used this VRBO to get our family together for a week. Really enjoyed the house and its many amenities. The kitchen has a ton of pots & pans for cooking, the kids enjoyed the pool and games, and the beds were very comfortable. The pictures accurately describe the property. Kevin was absolutely awesome and he was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. My only disappointment was the game room has some broken/non-working games. But the weather was awesome so we hit the beach a ton and enjoyed the wonderful December weather in Florida. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about our experience was top notch. We enjoyed our stay so much and didn’t want to leave. We put my grandparents and parents in the fancy rooms upstairs, had two couples in the two middle bedrooms, the teen boys in the pullout sofa and couch, the teen girls and an adult couple in the king suites downstairs and all the littles enjoyed the bunk room and futons in the game room. The pool was an amazing plus!!! The kids entertained themselves between the pool and game room. Even the bedrooms downstairs by the game room were surprisingly quiet with good doors and barriers to block out noise. The two upstairs floors were always nice and quiet and peaceful away from the noise of the pool and game room. The two stories of balcony views were wonderful and breezy! The back porch and pool area were great for hanging out. We did grill a lot. We cooked a lot. I very thing was well stocked with appliances and pans and dishes and utensils and such. The washer and dryer ran great. The dish washer ran great. The coffee pot brewed up nice cups of Java all week long! The fridge and freezer gave ample space, and the extra fridge and freezer downstairs really helped a ton! The pantry was nice and big. The oven and stove worked great. The towels were ample and plush. The bedsheets and beds and pillows were all top notch!!!! So comfy. Alexa all over the house was so fun and convenient! The TV in the living room was a joy on movie night! We found that the seating in the main area was ample during meals for our group of 19. The neighbors were quiet. We were close to the beach and the beach was fantastic and not too crowded, even in July!!! Very family oriented! Lots of fun things to do in nearby Panama City Beach. We loved Thomas’ Donuts, so close by!!!! The outdoor shower was a dream, and a huge plus that it has hot water! The flooring in the game room was perfect for coming in after rinsing and toweling off to quick hop into the down stairs game room shower. Kevin is fantastic and so down to earth, understand and kind. He’s like your best friend that you haven’t seen in a long time and just eager to see that you enjoy your time and have all you need. He works really hard to make your stay enjoyable and trouble free and answer any questions promptly. The keyless entry was great! All the instructions really helped and we were given ample information to answer all of our questions about our stay. We will definitely be back! Book now! You won’t regret it!

We really enjoyed the pool and bar area, close access to quiet beach and the comfy king bedrooms. We would rent again! We garage play area was a bonus.

We rented this house for my parents 50th anniversary. There were 19 of us. We made some wonderful memories! This house is beautiful and a gem. Backyard was a little oasis! Also it’s right outside of PCB so we didn’t have to deal with any craziness or traffic. Close to the beach. A huge TV for the family room. Totally stocked with everything you need! My only complaint is some of the rooms had low air flow so I would bring a floor fan. Other than that, it’s perfect set up and location for families!

We loved our stay at shanrgia la. The house is so nice and anything we needed assistance with Kevin was more than helpful. The kids loved the pool and game room. The parents loved the tiki bar and margarita maker haha. We recommend staying here.

We stayed from Saturday until Thursday. The house was beautiful and every person/couple had their own space and room. It was very very clean and the house had everything we needed. All kitchen supplies were available to use and they also had everything we needed even a blender down stairs by the pool to make margaritas. They had a room with beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest, beach toys in bottom closet for us to use. The seniors had their own place down stairs where you could close the door and couldn’t hear them. The had lots of entertainment for them and they had a blast. Had lots of fun and was definitely a senior trip to remember.

The property is beautiful and very accommodating, we had 5 couples a few singles and a few kids. the pool and bar are was very relaxing as the evening wines down. Kitchen was spacious and easy to use as we cooked at he house most meals. Conveniently located near grocery store and options to eat out. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Some positives, beds were comfy, lots of space, game room was a hit, big TV in living room, owner easy to communicate with, pool area is perfect but we were there when it was cold so didn't get to hang out there, the sunsets were to die for. Negatives: We were unable to control our own heat or air. If we were cold or hot we had to message them and ask them to change it. This was a bit annoying. The downstairs was an Arctic, my 5 year old daughter nor my 80 year old grandmother could sleep down there, and my grandmother could barely spend any time at all down there because it was FREEZING. The owner since has purchased space heaters and additional blankets for the downstairs rooms and game room. The pool table was beat to all heck, the darts were mostly all broken, the arcade games were fit for very small children, which they looked much bigger in the picture. We enjoyed the game room, just a little disappointed in the way it appeared in pictures versus in real life. There is NO CABLE, so if you do not have a subscription to Netflix, Hulu, etc, you weren't watching any TV. The owner informed us after we left that you can watch XFINITY cable on the peacock app on most of the TVs, we weren't aware of this. Again, the house is beautiful, the owner is very kind, just had a couple issues that for the most part were taken care of.

My level of satisfaction with this property and Kevin, the owner, is A+++... We spent Christmas Vacation here with the entire family ages 2-65 and we had plenty of space and entertainment for all ages. Kevin literally provided the most hands on help I've ever received with any vacation rental I've booked, and we travel a lot. Ocean Views, perfect location and a very peaceful stay. We look forward to visiting during warmer months to jump in the Ocean and enjoy that amazing backyard.

We had such a memorable stay in August with our family. We loved every minute of our stay. Everything was as good, if not better, than we imagined. The home is elegantly decorated, welcoming and perfect for a large group. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well on the grill outside. The outdoor entertainment area was especially beautiful. We loved being able to enjoy a lovely lunch by the pool during day and watch the game with a few beers at night. The house came equipped with so many supplies!! Anything one would want or need for a good time was in the house waiting for our arrival. Kevin was super helpful and very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this beautiful place in the near future!
