I was allowed to use the kitchen to cook my meal, but it did feel like I was intruding as this was the kitchen for the restaurant - I had to ask permission to use the kitchen, so I think calling it a "shared kitchen" is a bit generous. It was close to the highway. There were some woods nearby to walk the dog.

There was no kettle in the room so I couldn't make tea or coffee - despite this being listed on the room description. When I brought my own milk and coffee out to make coffee in the morning I was told it would cost money to make the coffee. After some language confusion, they gave up and didn't charge me. The staff in reception talked loudly during the evening and had music playing, and the rooms are not at all sound-proofed. I woke up at 4am to the people in the room next door having sex, and could hear everything they did when using the bathroom. Every time someone left the hotel, the front door slammed loudly. I am sensitive to noise, so this place was a kind of hell for me. The wifi was slow. I don't think I used it most of the time. The staff-member I met seemed afraid of my dog (he ignored her, so it's not like he was out of control or jumping around). Instead of staying for the last night I'd booked (we were there for a competition which ended Sunday), I spent more money, booked somewhere else, and checked out a day early.
