The property was value for money. It had a nice little patio area out the back, which was nice to sit in and chat with friends. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the kitchen. Five of us stayed here and it was value for money. I would recommend using the full capacity to get full value for money.

There was no bath towels provided only hang towels., Luckily there was a Asda not too far away so we went and bought our own towels. On the pictures it looks like towels are provided. The house is run down compared to other ones in the street. It could do with updating. We asked for a sofa bed to be made up down stairs. This was not done upon arrival. So we made up our own sofa bed. The fire alarm went off after one of us had a shower. So be careful when opening the bathroom door after a shower. It gets very steamy in the bathroom. The back and front door were hard to open and close. They required some force to open and close. Overall, it could do with some money spent on it. But was good value for money.

The location

The internet connection, no credit was loaded on it. No free wifi on the property contrary to the booking expectations. The Bathroom towel was very dirty. The kitchen freezer had dirty ice cream bowls and a dirty Empty bottle in the fridge. The cooker left at the apartment was so slow that the candle would have done the job faster. There was mosquito everywhere and all the window blinds were filthy. The bedroom wardrobes were filled with stuff like it’s been used as a residential place e.g. party takeaway bowls. Using a black bedsheet is the most shocking thing I saw in the apartment and has ever seen. We paid for 3 nights from 7th July - 10th July. We were supposed to leave the apartment on the 10th of July between 10-11 am. This morning and before that time we noticed these 2 people who badge in on us by using a spare key to enter into an apartment and through the front door. They claimed that we were meant to have left the holiday apartment on the 9th of July. They claimed they were cleaners and have come to clean, the apartment. Queried security? The fence in the garden has fallen apart and broken which made it possible for intruders and people using the garden to access other flats around. We noticed some people strange people in the garden. This was scary as it was late. I can upload some pictures later on.

Nothing

Host gave us the wrong pin for the lock box and then proceeded to ignore all of our calls . We waited for hours in the rain to get a response but still to this day I've not heard anything. Still waiting for our refound . DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS ONE .

A title far from the train station

It was a ready made home with a warm and welcoming feel. Well decorated. The provided dishes, bowls, mugs and coffee made things easier on us. After some minor technicalities, Netflix was working fine. It was very close to where we needed to go.

I couldnt turn off the bathtub faucet. It made a constant noise as well that could be heard from everywhere inside the house. Toilet seat was quite loose. There were some cobwebs with spiders
