This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners are very friendly and very hospitable. I had to arrange an appointment with a doctor and the owner rang the medical practice for me and even offered to drive me there. There is a fabulous kitchen and lounge area and balcony which makes this place ideal for families or groups to share. It is in a quiet area on the river and a short walk into the old city

Coffee machine at our disposal was a HUGE plus. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The common room was set up very nicely for gathering. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We did not partake of the breakfast but saw it laid out for another guest and it looked lovely!
Bathroom was very cold and there looked to be no thermostat for that room . There was no blow dryer in the bathroom but the host was happy to provide one the next morning. Would be nice if there was one at the ready. Was a decent walk to town over the bridge and was not as close to the stadium as indicated.

It's all about the place and the people...by setting aside expectations we are often rewarded by pleasant surprises...this was that place

the rooms are awesome. Nicolet, the host, is amazing. She helped us a lot with tips for our journey. We didn't order breakfast, but since we were up earlier than expected, she still made us a great home made breakfast. If I need a hotel around Arnhem, I will definitely book here again!

The accommodation is really nice and spacious
It was pretty cold when I arrived.
The owner was extremely pushy concerning her money. First she didn’t want payment by card. The next day I had difficulties with the cash machine so I asked her if I could give her the money in the evening and via PayPal. At 4 she hammered on my door that she wants the money now. I felt not very comfortable. I went immediately to another cash machine to get the money. I told her that I felt not very comfortable. She told me that she doesn’t trust anybody and I might just leave without paying. Not really professional.

An immaculately clean and tastefully decorated and furnished property with a great use of space and light.
So comfortable sofas and dining areas. Lovely patio and location is perfect just over the bridge from arnhem.
Nothing at all to complain about. However this is a shared property for tv and cooking and patio area, however as we booked early there was only us in the property so it was marvelous. If not I would suggest TVs in each room for those that want quiet time. Otherwise brilliant.
