Liked the location and proximity to the beach.

They were doing beach renovations outside of the property and it was a 24 hour process. The big machines were loud and kept us awake all night and rattled the house.

Black mold, broken doors, couldn't get in with the code provided. No internet or TV.

No internet access the entire stay. Tried to fix 2 times and no positive result. Water pressure on sink needs to be addressed. Also, clearer instructions about how to utilize the washer and dryer.

The sunroom facing the beach was phenomenal! We spent 99% of our time out there. We could enjoy the ocean feel even on the cold rainy days. location was great, it was great to watch the surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Beach access right outside the back with the feel of your own private beac, and perfect set up for our paralyzed pup! Kitchen was well equipped. Management company very responsive and great value for the property!

The entire interior is old, outdated and had a musty vibe to it. Furniture felt old and worn, beds not very comfortable and the decor in the master bedroom is questionable. This place is on the cusp of phenomenal, but could really use updating.

The house was clean when we arrived except for the pet stains on the rear porch .

The property had many maintenance issues. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There were 7 light bulbs out. Many of the doors and windows were not secure. We called maintenance 3 times over three days and no one showed. They only showed when the combination lock battery failed and we were locked out on the last night.

Loved the sunroom..sunroof.. ample space for everyone ...walking right onto the beach from the house was terrific.. you can watch surfers all day!
