Very shabby room , don't expect any luxury! OK for the price.

It was a lovely room. Very close to Dunkirk beach. Owner was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice too.

There were cups in the room to make a drink, but no kettle.

Well placed to start our journey by car into Belgium

Nothing to dislike

Very pleasant family environment. Interesting house. Maybe slightly confusing at self check in. Very good breakfast, the owner was helpful and nice, unfortunately there was a language barrier as she did not speak English.

The aforementioned language barrier, but in such a family business it is understandable.

We were very pleased we chose this accommodation, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic each morning. Being able to use the kitchen whilst there was great, such as using the corkscrew to open the bottle of wine and glasses.

There is nothing we did not like.

Nicely decorated room in a large house located in a quiet area of Dunkirk. Typical simple French breakfast which could be taken outside on the terrace. Nice comfortable lounge area to relax in. Detailed entry instructions given.

Separate toilet although room had a great shower

Perhaps having some coat hangers installed in the room would help the guests. But overall not a big deal.

I m not happy at all as I couldn’t sleep as there was a knocking noise from heater radiator through out the night ( knock , knock, knock …….) that is after upgrading the room as the first room was without a toilet only bath area paid extra €20/- in cash . it was waste of money I have done the video of the knocking noise.

Breakfast was ok, room size reasonable, location quiet, parking was ok.

Room decor was gothic black, bed sheets not cotton, poor pillows, steep stairs (we are older).

We like the hotel and will book it again

Very nice people, the room was very clean and had everything that was necessary. There is a nice garden to relax and the breakfast is really good!
