¡Estamos ubicados a poca distancia de muchos lugares! Pero ... para aquellos de ustedes a quienes les gusta aventurarse a poca distancia, agarrar un Uber o un Lyft es muy fácil.
U of A también tiene un servicio de autobús durante la semana cuando la escuela está en sesión, sin embargo, no lo recomiendo para los que viajan fuera de la ciudad.

Hay estacionamiento en la puerta de entrada para un vehículo. Hay estacionamiento adicional disponible en la parte trasera a la que se accede desde la calle este de Cross, S Locust Ave.

The property was a great location for us and very clean and tidy. Amenities were also very good. Only issues were around a lack of maintenance, there were numerous things not operating correctly or in need of attention. Some of which were safety related.

Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again.

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and cute! It is just a block off of Martin Luther King Blvd., so it is a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Arsega's right across the street was great for breakfast.
Also wanted management to know that the lever on the ice/water is very sensitive. If you close the door firmly, the water or ice will start shooting out. Otherwise, it was a really nice condo.

We really enjoyed our trip to Fayetteville to check out the University of Arkansas. This condo was really nice to stay in. Its location was perfect for us since it was so close to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The only downside to that was the traffic noise at night from being so close to a main street.

My son had a Razorback Baseball Camp and we needed a place close to the stadium. This was an excellent location that was perfect for the family.
It was extremely clean and had a lovely welcome basket upon arrival.
Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great townhome unit just south of downtown. Has all the amenities you need. Great location and Stay NWA is great.

4 old ladies descended upon 374th Fifth for the weekend, we ventured to Junk Ranch in neighboring Prairie Grove, had cocktails & pizza at the Woodfire pizza place which was off the chain, mosied thru Dickson street, lots of shopping & wine tasting. The accommodations were wonderful, clean, comfortable and safe!

We enjoy our weekend stay. Quick walk to Dickson St. and good place to stay for game days. Unit was overall clean and well taken care of, however we did notice a few ants roaming around. Priced fairly when splitting with friends/family. Would consider staying again

This spot was perfect for us, close to U of A and the Fayetteville town square. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops, everything was easy to get to!

This condo was in the perfect location. Close to grocery store. Coffee shop and great pizza restaurant across the street. Short walk down greenway trail (access a block away from condo) to downtown and lots more coffee shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and comfortable. For our first trip to Fayetteville we couldn’t have picked a better place.
