We held a small retreat and it was just perfect! Ned was an amazing host!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The amenities and comfort of house was perfect. The large kitchen and access to grill made this perfect place for eat in night for our group. I would highly recommend this for any large group.

We booked this house for our parents and wedding party/friends to stay at for our wedding weekend and we were blown away with how nice the property was. Would definitely love to book here again with our friends!

More than enough space for our group of 29. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Three spacious levels. Kitchen was huge and so was the dining area. Three refrigerator/freezers. Pool table and other game tables. Fire pit, grill and hot tub. Not sure what else to say. Air conditioning. Easy walk to the pool. Plenty to do in the North Conway community. We will come back.

This was an amazing experience the host was great and the house was the pinnacle of our vacation for 90th birthday party and reunion. Many large bed rooms this was an experience every one in my family will remember for decades. Thank you !!!

Our family had the most wonderful time reuniting at 92 Locust Ln in North Conway. It was very clean and beautifully spacious. The kitchen was fantastic. The amenities were perfect. Great location near anything and everything you could need. The host was fantastic. Very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful home in which our large family could celebrate and make lasting memories. It was a fun and peaceful place to be for all of us.

Friends and I stayed here recently to ski, there were over 25 adults and the house still felt roomy. Living room, kitchen, and the loft areas are spacious and comfortable, bedrooms (which there are plenty of) were as clean as the photos showed them to be. It was a nice drive to Bretton Woods (40 min away) and the local mountain (Cranmore), which you can see from the house, was a handful of minutes away. Overall great house for large groups, perfect location right in North Conway.

I booked the property for a surprise 40th bday party for my wife. We have rented from Ned many times in the past so we knew what to expect, a clean property, prompt responses, and an easy check in. What I didn’t expect was the size of this house! Yes, it has many bedrooms and bathrooms but to fully comprehend the size of this place, you have to see it! We had 33 people, ranging from 1.5yrs old, to 60, we had an amazing time and not once felt cramped! There are plenty of open spaces to stretch out, or getaway for a bit, but the main floor with the main living area, massive kitchen and dining area, was absolutely the place to be! We loved the house, and it absolutely fit the bill! If only I can get a crew of this size every year, and I would rent this house over and over again! Thanks so much for offering your space, we had an AMAZING time!!

This was a wonderful experience. Both Ned & Brianna were attentive and accommodating. The house was well equipped and very clean. We had a family gathering of 24 with plenty of room to roam. Hoping to return next year.

This home is perfect for large gatherings! The location could not be better with lots of activities, excursions, restaurants/bars, and shops all within walking distance or a 1/2 mile drive. Ned is very attentive, and the house is very clean. The Saco River is very fun for kayaking and tubing! Overall, a great experience! Some helpful ideas we’d like to suggest: *provide washcloths and hand towels, not just bath towels *make the exterior door lock a keypad instead of keys (easier when you have many guests coming/going at different times) *provide a recycle bin in the kitchen (we used trash bags hanging on a cabinet handle) *add shelving to the closet near the dining table for storage of food and drinks (all cabinets are filled with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots/pans - you have to keep all food on the counter).

Mine and my sisters families came together to celebrate my upcoming 75th birthday. We traveled from California, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable. There was so much to do in the area and at the property. I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this property. The hosts were very friendly and the listing is entirely accurate. Everyone had their own bedroom and never had to wait for showers etc. Kitchen is perfectly stocked and made cooking breakfast incredibly easy. The only thing I would change is I wish the hottub was bigger and closer to the house as it is outdoors and can only hold 5 people, but that did not impact the quality of stay in the slightest. Would strongly recommend for big groups who want common experiences but also privacy.

One of the best places I've ever stayed with a large group of 20+ people. There is a ton of space, with plenty of bedrooms, and all the needed amenities. Beds were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Muddy Moose and other downtown North Conway spots!

We stayed here for a work off site event and it was a perfect place. Great food storage options, wonderful set up for team dining and plenty of room to spread out for various activities. The location is also perfect, close to everything you could need to enjoy the outdoors.

We had a great time at the property - all the pics posted are accurate. Only negative - we all struggled with the TV’s.

Ideal location for many local activities and attractions. We had large party of 30+ people in our group and the house was a perfect fit for all. It rained out most of the time but we had many things to do in the house and the neighborhood. The best part is we were able to watch the July 4th fireworks right from the house and the kids had an unforgettable evening. We will definitely recommend this house for a large family gatherings. Ned is a great host and very helpful to answer our questions any time.

We had a great time at this house. There’s so much space for everyone. The pool is like 2 minutes walking distance. Not directly at the property but very close. Loved our stay!

Future renters may would like to know that they would need to bring: facecloths, hairdryers, shower gels, etc. as some of the basic items a hotel would provide are not provided with the rental. Everyone had a great time. Brionna responded very quickly with each question we had.

This property is perfect for a large gathering of visitors. 32 folks attended and were accomodated comfortably. Well organized kitchen served our very needs. The host, Ned, is a true professional making sure all our needs were met. We are a family oriented bikers who rode the neighboring countryside. This was our base location and should we visit again, most surely to stay here. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our entire family. We had 27 people and everyone had their own bed. Kitchen was well equipped and the 3 laundry rooms was a great a feature. Overall we really enjoyed our time at the house

Plenty of room for large groups. Big common area around the kitchen for gatherings. The house has an open floor plan so it can be a little noisy. Great hiking nearby for all levels. Our favorites were Mount Washington and Mount Chocorua.

We were a group of friends and children for a college reunion (clas or 1999) House was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and kitchen with everything we needed. We had an absolutely lovely time including at the pool. Parks and hiking around were great. Highly recommend.
