Beacher's Lodge Unit 326 was a wonderful choice for our mini-vacation.Positives:- Helpful on-site property management and maintenance staff (needed tv assistance)- Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and main living space- Easy access to beach over boardwalk near the Lodge's pool- Great beach...clean sand with no rocks, shells or seaweed - Comfortable bed in bedroom and the murphy pull-down beds were a great idea to add to the unit- Air conditioning and fans worked well- Common area laundry facilities at $2.00 per washer or dryer load worked wellAreas for Improvement:- Coffee maker was a mini version and we suggest upgrading to a normal size coffee maker- Add a large wooden cutting board to the kitchen utensils (the glass cutting board isn't efficient -makes loud scaping sounds as its being used)- Add some cards, puzzles or board games to the unitRecommended Restaurants:- For seafood highly recommend Seafood Kitchen (amazing food and casual environment, 3 miles from Bleacher's Lodge); walk-ins welcome-For great atmosphere, music and food look to Prohibition Kitchen downtown at 119 St. George Street- For Spanish or Cuban inspired food look to Columbia Restaurant downtown at 98 St. George Street. We love the staff and the stay. Our family comes every year and each year more people come after they hear about how great a time it is. Each room is individually owned so the decor from room to room differs but the wonder cleaning staff make sure they are spotless. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

We loved the unit 326 we recently stayed at. So nice, clean, comfortable and a perfect porch view over the beach. Sunrises, and the afternoons on the balcony/porch are cooler once the sun gets up higher. We would be glad to get to stay there another time.

Although we only live 45 min. from the beach, you just can't beat the studio apartment style set-up, full oceanfront view, short walk to the pool and the beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance and short driving distance!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beacher's Lodge Rental 326. The location was perfect. We really loved having an office to assist us with our check in and check out. We've had a couple of issues in the past with using VRBO checking in and codes not working, so having the guest office was great. We were just steps to the beach. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cookware. The king bed was very comfortable. And they would come to your unit each day to make the bed and provided us with fresh towels. We would definitely recommend staying here.

the Beachers Lodge is an older property but well maintained. The parking lot, elevators, stairways, walk ways, pool area and rest rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and looked like the photos we saw online. The kitchen has the basics to cook a meal,nothing fancy but very workable. I will say that I did not find the bed very comfy. It might be time for a new mattress. The bedroom has plenty of storage. Small bathroom but it was fine. The view from the balcony is perfect! The location of the Lodge is great, laid back and quiet. There are restaurants and bars in the area. We love to eat Italian food at Violas. The Sandbar for a beer or two after a day at the beach. The Alligator Farm, Marineland and the Lighthouse are close by for those needing a break from the pool or beach. We had a great stay.

My daughter and I spent three nights in a condo on the third floor. The view of the beach was wonderful, and to our absolute delight, we were able to see a rocket launch from Canaveral right from our balcony! We spent a lot of time walking on the beach. It was too cold to swim in the ocean, but we were able to swim in the heated pool at the lodge. The room was comfortable with two pull down murphy beds, and a king bed. It was very quiet and everyone we saw was friendly and welcoming. We took an evening boat ride in St. Augustine to see the Nights of Lights. We visited the Castillo and Fort Matanzas, both of which were very interesting. Also enjoyed exploring old St. Augustine. Overall a great trip. We would absolutely stay at Beacher's Lodge again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.

the location is beautiful, and we have been coming for over 20 years. However we had a reservation for three days and we left after one and will not be returning. Management revised their television lineup and reduced the number of channels. No sports and that is what we enjoy at night while in our room. Very disappointed in their decision. We will go elsewhere in the future. If you change your method of television selections, NOT STREAMING, let us know. To watch the weather channel you had to make some application to even see this. VERY POOR.

Condo was great, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. 1 bedroom with king and 2 fold down twins in living room. We didn't need the fold down beds, but it would have been crowded if we did. Nice view and condo was clean. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great time. Beach was very close and the view from the Balcony was awesome. Their pool was perfect too. The staff was helpful and nice. ST Augustine is only 20 minutes and there are dozens of small local restaurants near by. Just note that these units do not have central AC but do have wall units. For some that can be a problem as they will run non stop all day in the Florida heat.

Our main issue was that the air conditioner didn't keep up during our 2 night stay. It was set at 60 when we entered and maintained a temperature of what was probably 75-80. The unit on the balcony is also very loud. When I told the front desk, she said "ok?" . I felt this was a very unprofessional way to handle a guest who is voicing that they are uncomfortable during their stay. Also, we left something behind in the room and were unable to get in touch with the front desk or property manager after checking out which is very frustrating. (Once they got our money, the communication stopped).
Beautiful view but that's all this place has offer!

We enjoyed our stay here. The description says it sleeps 5 so I assumed the couch let out into a bed but it does not. It was fine for one of our kids to sleep on but I’m not sure an adult would want to sleep there. We also had 5 people listed on our reservation and the staff would only give 4 towels/wash cloths stating that way the limit. As far as location and cleanliness it was perfect! The king bed was very comfortable.

We had such a lovely stay! The unit is just like the photos, spotlessly clean with updated appliances. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The pool is spacious and well kept, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded (at least for March). The laundry facilities are clean and efficient. The suite is close to area attractions and restaurants and just 20-30 minutes to the Old City, even with bridge traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing, seaside getaway
This is a wonderful property located right on the beach. The condo was exactly as described and very roomy for 3 adults. Highly recommend this stay!

Pros:
The location is great!
The beach isn't over crowded.
The Condo was clean.
Bed was comfortable.
Balcony has a great view!
Cons:
There are no beach accessories in the condo. If you want beach chairs and an umbrella, you have to rent. Every other condo I have ever stayed in has provided at least a couple of chairs. That was a huge disappointment for me and my husband.
It is a very bare basic condo. There are no spices, tiny little salt and pepper shakers that are good for one meal. We couldn't even find a pen when we wanted to write something down but there are dishes and some cookware provided.
The blankets on the bed are really thin and there was only one extra provided.
The chairs are nice but they're short so it's hard to look at the beach while you're sitting in them. I prefer the taller ones.
Overall:
If you don't really care about extras, this is a great condo. If you want a little more homey feel with some extra, I would keep looking.

Nothing earth shattering here . Unit was as it appears in the photos . The complex itself is a little different as it appears to have a mix of residents , renters , vacationers . Even though our unit was non pet , there were plenty on site to be heard and I did see a little poop here and there . Overall an OK experience but probably would not return . Not only Beachers , but east coast of FL all together . Give me the gulf any day !!

The room was comfortably furnished, but the second https://fb.watch/caycQAQ2Fh/ night we stayed there at around 10:30pm after the office had closed, otherwise we would have called, it sounded like someone was ripping pipes out of the wall, hammering scraping heavy object across floor. When we told the office about it the next morning, the managers response was she was sure it was the renters above us. We didn’t hear voices or music or footsteps it wasn’t renters, it sounded like repair work was being done. We lost a night and a day because we were dead tired and the management offered us nothing for our lost time and inconvenience.
and the next morning we discovered the people next to us had trouble with their shower, we overheard and saw maintenance coming and going from there. So that was our second and last trip to this property.

Perfect getaway for two. On the beach. Sit and enjoy the endless view of the ocean and hear the surf. Close to many restaurants and the historic St. Augustine. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
