The bride wanted a “chill trip to the beach” with her bridesmaids. I l, as her mother, went as the house-mom ( upon request of the bride. This property was perfect. I loved it so much, I’m considering organizing an extended family vacation. The pictures in the VRBO site did not do it justice. There are two levels of complete living space. Each level with a masters sweet with beautiful spacious bedroom and bathroom and two other bedrooms that share another bathroom large enough for multiple girls to get ready at the same time (if you know, you know). The mattresses and bedding were comfortable. The closets large enough to store luggage and hang clothes. The living rooms were comfortable and lounge able for a large family. Gas logs in upper level and large TV both. The kitchens, both with full sized appliances, were equipped well. Cookware, serve-ware and utensils enough for a large family. The pool area had multiple lounging chairs for sunbathing as well as Adirondack chairs around the fire pit area. There were three picnic tables for eating outdoors while grilling ( gas grill included) or if you’re like my family playing games. The pool was lovely with a waterfall. It is larger than it appeared to me in photos, with stairs access in both the shallow and deep end. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the smaller details that were included. Nice beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon with which to transport them to the beach. We loved it and will return.

The house is roomy very clean and perfect to accommodate families with different age groups. It is definitely not a party town, It’s more for relaxing and having a great time with just your family. we did get one complaint around 9:30 PM that we were being too loud outside in the pool. I do understand that people live around the neighborhood but at the same time it’s kind of hard to keep it quiet when you have children. I felt that was a little bit early to start complaining, noise ordinance in our area is 11 PM. The owner recommended Guppy’s restaurant which you could take the golf cart or take a nice walk, restaurant was amazing. The bar restaurant across the street is also great and the beach is across the street.

The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor area is also nice for hanging out. My friends and I had a great time staying here. Highly recommended.

I’ll preface this by saying, before this year, we had been staying at the same house each summer for 30+ years on Clearwater Beach. We had a ‘benchmark’ to compare to and this house exceeded all of our expectations! It was bright, clean, can tell it’s more recently updated (the master shower on the top floor is WOW!), and was an easy walk to the beach (and the most crystal clear water we’re ever experienced in FL). Alan was great to work with and clearly communicated everything we needed ahead of and during our stay. The only item to point out - which was an added benefit - is the listing shows laundry is coin operated and they had standard W/D available on both floors. The house was well equipped with most anything we needed too. Vacations are supposed to be easy and the house made it so we could enjoy our time together. Thanks for a great week of memories!!

The home consist of two master bedrooms with ensuites and then two additional bedrooms on each floor for the kids. The interior was very clean and accommodating! The home had everything we needed! The kids loved the pool and swam in it everyday! The beach is a 2 minute walk across the road and was clean and family friendly. This place was a perfect retreat after spending a few days prior at Disney! We will absolutely come back.

We had family members from all over the country fly into Tampa to enjoy this wonderful getaway! It was our first trip to Indian Rocks Beach and this location was perfect. Not super crowded area, easy less than 5 min walk to the beach and delicious food nearby, and the host was amazing with communication. Having two units connected was the perfect setup for the multiple families that stayed here and the pool was a great hang out spot. We had ages 3-84 represented and everyone had a wonderful time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Bikini Beach House at Indian Rocks Beach, FL. We had 12x guests - but the 6x bedroom and 4 bathroom accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable (TVs in every bedroom). The kitchens and laundry on both levels were a tremendous plus up. The in-ground pool and the property just one block from the beach with eateries --all within easy walking distance - made it the ideal location for our stay. We were blessed with good weather - and the four kids had a blast!! The adults could watch from the balconies and generous outdoor seating...including a fire pit. The manager was pleasant and very responsive to any question we had - but not intrusive with checking on us (the check-in, check-out, trash, yard & pool maintenance instructions were thorough). We had a great time - and found IRB to be a GREAT destination for a family vacation. We highly recommend this property to other families!

We had a great time. The house was better than expected. It fit our family of 14 well, as we celebrated our folks' 50th wedding anniversary. We did fine with the double decker duplex set-up. It was hard to keep the kids and adult kids out of the lovely pool. The back yard was lovely, and included an outdoor fridge, great chairs with eating area, and tv to watch the games and listen to music. It truly was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great location. IRB was a cute little town with less crowds than Clearwater. We could see the house while playing in the surf. Would come back.

We couldn’t have had a better experience than we did in this wonderful home. Our young adult kids enjoyed the pool, fire pit and one block walk to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect to give everyone space, as it enabled separation when we wanted it with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on each floor, The kitchen was fully equipped so easy to prepare meals. Great experience overall.I’d definitely rent this place again!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. Our party of 20 ranged from 1 year old to 71. Everyone enjoyed the amenities it has to offer. With so much room, it never felt cramped. The owner was very responsive to messages and checked in on us a few times. We didn’t have any issues, but we did notice the waterfall in the pool wasn’t flowing as fast as usual and that was fixed quickly by the pool cleaners the very next morning. The house is fully stocked with most kitchen items you’d ever need. Having a little sand pit near the pool and outside tv and chairs made it very easy for the kids to play and parents to relax close by. The cafe next door is super delicious and there are many other places to eat within walking distance. Plus the beach is right across the street and there are plenty of beach items to use. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had the best time at this property!! We rented it for my family of 11, including 3 young children. The fact that there is a top level and a bottom level , both with full kitchens , living spaces and 3 bedrooms made it perfect to separate the families with young children and also all gather together whenever we wanted. The pool space was so perfect , full Sun most of the afternoon but places to sit if you needed the shade. The beach is literally across the street, as is a really amazing French bakery and a fun bar/restaurant . Host was very communicative , we had a small issue with a spindle on the balcony we were worried about with the kids, and they had someone out within the hour to fix it! We felt like this destination could NOT have been better. 10/10 recommend and hope to be back!

Great location on the trolley line. Use it to go north or south easily and inexpensively. Property is all that it looks to be online. There are stairs to get to both levels. Pool was heated and glorious. The walk to the beach was short and easy to do multiple times in a day if you with. Fun bar/grill across the street along with the BEST French bakery. Fire pit with one bundle of wood provided made for a great evening. The back yard is very secluded and quiet, though you are right by all that you need. Beach towels, crock pot, blender, pans, hair dryer - all what you need for an easy vacation. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen. Grocery store is close to buy foot, etc. No spices or condiments - so buy those, as well as ice, until the ice makers kick in (so turn them on right away!!) Rental contact responded quickly to any of my questions. It was nice to feel like someone was there.

Easily accommodated our group of 15 comfortably. Property met all needs and wants for all ages from infant to seniors. Hosts were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a pool and closeness to beach. Would definitely consider staying at property again!

Your Bikini Beach House was perfect for our February family reunion. There was plenty of common space to socialize, and 2 well-appointed kitchens that were the best of anyplace where we’ve ever stayed. We were very comfortable in the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, having food and drinks on the covered decks, lounging around the pool, and the huge “sandbox” was a hit with the kids. Beach towels were supplied to use at a beautiful beach that extended for miles, and was only a 5 minute walk away. Alan even included a wagon for us to carry coolers, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and tired kids back and forth. We highly recommend the Bikini Beach House in Indian Rocks Beach for any large gatherings, especially family reunions. Thank you Alan !!!

Our adult children and their families and us spent some days at the Bikini Beach House. The space accommodated us very nice and comfortably. Beautiful home! The pool area was a family favorite. The location of the house to the beach and some local restaurants was great. We enjoyed some of it all!

Our family of 18 adults stayed at Bikini Beachhouse during the Christmas holidays. The property is located close to the beach and several resturants. There was enough bed space for everyone. Having two well stocked kitchens was great for holiday meal preparations. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to use the pool but we enjoyed using the fire pit. The owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We would consider staying here again.

My family and I traveled from three different states to stay at this location during the month of December. There was a total of 11 travelers in our group plus one dog. We really enjoyed the space this offered for our families and the privacy and comfort of the rooms and levels when we just wanted to go relax. The pool was perfect for keeping the kids occupied when we wanted to just sit by the fire and visit, however the out door area could use a little bit of TLC. The gate needs repaired and there was a lack of outdoor lighting. I absolutely loved the location of this property and the people we met when we would take the one block walk to the Ocean. Everyone was very friendly and the coffee shop across the street was wonderful! There is so many places within a few minutes drive from the rental and the things to do are endless. I am a little disappointed that this property did not offer the basic essentials for guests such as coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, other seasonings, cooking oil etc. They do provide a coffee maker and all the cookware one would need to make meals, but we did have to buy absolutely everything to use them. Our biggest disappointment was having to go purchase toilet tissue as there was no extra provided in the restrooms upon using what was available for our 4 nights and 5 days. Most B&B's I have stayed at have these basics provided so we were very surprised to have to buy these items. The property manager was excellent to get along with and worked great with us on an early check in! He answered all other questions I had when we had spoken prior to arrival, and I just wish I would have thought to ask about the basics, as I am sure he would have told us the policy of no food items being left behind, regardless of salt, pepper, etc. then would not have been as surprised to have to purchase these for our stay. I would suggest that for future guests they at least provide extra toilet tissue. Going to the store for things we knew we would need was different then opening a bare cupboard with no extra "essentials" so to speak. Over all we were very happy with our time here and would recommend it to others. Hopefully this will help others be a little more prepared and we do thank you Alan for the hospitality! Indian Rocks Beach is definitely a place we would come back too!

The pics don’t do justice! A beautiful and very spacious property great for a large crowd! The downstairs patio With pool is awesome with plenty of room for a big group to enjoy. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Rooms and property clean and all the amenities you need. Seemed very secluded too. Would love to stay here again as it was a beautiful large property with a fantastic view and location! Thank you Alan!

This house was a great distance from the beach. Not too far from Clearwater or Indian rocks shops and stuff. The bakery other reviews talk about was amazing! Pool was perfect temp and the kids absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for our larger group and fully stocked kitchen. Absolutely would stay again!

This property was amazing! I give it 5 stars in all categories. There were 17 people in our family in this home and we never felt crowded. The home was so clean and so beautifully decorated. The home has so many special places to hang out with family. It has incredible space for large families. The pool was fantastic and the 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The communication with the owner was the best we have ever had with an owner. There is really not one negative I can say about this property or owner. I give it my highest recommendations. It truly was a perfect vacation for our family. It was a great blessing!

A short walk to the beautiful beach

My husband and I got married on the beach a block away. The home and backyard were so nice, we had a dinner reception there after the wedding for friends and family. The house was beautiful!! The large layout let us all stay for a week long vacation with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The property manager is VERY responsive and was able to address all questions/concerns we had. The location itself is convenient as well. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to vacation in IRB!

Highly recommend this property. A block from the beach, swimming pool, restaurants close. Very personable and available owner. Worked out well for us with three kids and their families. Owner responds to questions quickly.

I will definitely be renting this property again! The house is very well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas as well as cooking items and towels. The beds are so soft! the location is perfect and Indian Rock Beach is the nicest beach I have stayed at.

This home was the perfect place for our vacation to the Clearwater area. It was very clean and just across the road from Indian Rocks Beach and only a 20 minutes drive to Clearwater Beach. The house was well taken care of and was fully furnished, it even had pool toys for the kids. The communication with the property manager was excellent. I would highly recommend the bikini beach house.

Indian rocks is a favorite vacation spot for us! This was a great place to stay and one we would use time and time again! We had 9 adults and 4 kiddos we fit perfectly in the space and the pool was a huge hit for the kids! Communication with the host was a breeze!

Our entire family stayed here. four married children, eleven grands and myself. We were looking to have a marvelous time like the last time we all vacationed on the beach a few years before my husband died. It was important have a happy time. The two apartments were perfect! two families each and Gramma (me) with the youngest. enough room for people to spread out! beautifully and comfortable decorated. We cooked a lot for this large group. Really good kitchen pots, dishes. tools. my only complaint would be that better knives are needed. Private pool was fantastic for the kids. Pool frig, (which Alan just replaced! was so convenient for lunches and daytime use along with the grill. Grownups were able to party in evening with kids asleep or watching a movie upstairs. We had a golf cart rental which helped to get groups to the beach, but actually, you really don't need one. It is a quick walk even with littles to the beach. Location is close to everything you need. Alan was very responsive and I highly recommend Bikini Beach house for large families!

Our family had an amazing stay/vacation here - it’s perfect for families with a lot of age ranges: spacious, clean, close to the beach, and the pool is great. Would totally recommend. (And stop by the French bakery across the street!)

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bikini Beach House. Everything was perfect. We had 7 adults, 7 teenagers and 1 tween. Everyone enjoyed the house, pool, beach, sunsets, sunshine and local attractions, especially the ice cream! From previous VRBO experience, I came prepared with my own cleaning supplies which were not needed at all. The entire house was clean and had everything we needed. Alan was available if we had questions. I HIGHLY recommend Bikini Beach House!! Thanks so much for making our Seniors Spring Break the best!

We were 4 families sharing both levels of this property. We enjoyed having 2 kitchens, the pool was perfect and all of the outdoor furniture as well. The beach was just a short walk & the cafe across the street was a bonus! The house was great and we would stay again in a heartbeat!
