Este condominio luminoso y soleado frente a la playa se encuentra en el extremo norte más tranquilo del paseo marítimo de Rehoboth. This is a fabulous condo with a great location at the north end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed... watching the waves and the sun coming up...listening to the surf throughout the day...walking at the water's edge...walking the boardwalk 4-5 miles a day...exploring Rehoboth Ave...eating crab cakes and ice cream... enjoying meals on the balcony. We would definitely like to return.

Good view of the beach and sunrises. On the boardwalk so easy walking access to everything downtown, and beach walks.
Managers answered our questions promptly, and took care of one glitch that WE created. Sofa bed has a comfortable inflatable mattress different than any we had seen before.

Nice comfortable space. Easy access to beach, boardwalk and dining. Convenience of luggage carts and elevator was a plus. Only disappointment was that the pool was closed (advertised as open through end of September).

We loved our stay. The unit was right on the boardwalk and we could walk everywhere. We can’t wait to come back

Unfortunately we were in Rehoboth the week of very unhealthy particulates from the Canadian fires. There was a problem with the cable so we had no television. We reported the cable issue and we’re told the owner would have to handle. The water was shut down one morning for repairs. By the middle of the week the outdoor air was impacting the indoor air quality, even with all windows closed. This property is in a great location. It was just unfortunate circumstances.

Checkin was easy. Place was clean and as advertised. Had a small issue with noise from a beach project the city was doing but the owner worked with us to make a good resolution. All and all it was a very enjoyable stay. We would stay again

This is a great one bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent! It is near the north end of the boardwalk, on the 6th floor with a great view of the ocean. Watching the sun come up from the balcony with a coffee is a treat. The building has its own underground parking and the elevators make getting upstairs very easy. The pictures are accurate and it is a very comfortable and relaxing place to experience Rehoboth Bach.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Coffee in the morning watching the sun rise and cocktails in the evening with the moon. Great location. We plan on doing it again.

Nice view from the living room and balcony. Right on the north end of the boardwalk. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants, yet a little bit away from all the noise. Lots of fun. I would recommend changing the queen bed for a king size bed. If you want to be right at the beach this is a great choice.

I loved being at your place on the quieter north end of Rehoboth Beach at the end of the season. The weather was still beautiful, the water still warm and the sunrises were gorgeous. The balcony is a spectacular spot to see the ocean and beach from, as well to do some amazing star gazing at night. There was extra security being in this condo building with its own parking garage and friendly, helpful staff. To just walk out the front door and be on the sandy beach was such a bonus. Being able to rent a bike, try out different restaurants close by on the Boardwalk or explore the dunes and State Park are just a few activities available and convenient to do here. Thank you for sharing your place!

The balcony view is superb.
We had everything we needed to prepare food.
The bed is comfortable in a very large sunny bedroom.
Shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water.

Concern re a bathtub shower. Husband has balance issues and the tub made it risky for him to get in and out. Lovely view of the ocean. Good instructions on how to use things. Kitchen could have a few more glasses and silverware.

We had a great stay at the property. It was conveniently located on the boardwalk and on the beach. The room was nice and clean. If I had anything to say is the Wi-Fi is horrible and the pool closes very early. Other than that I would still recommend the property.

This place was perfect for myself, my wife, and my 2 year old son. Check-in was easy, the building staff was great. We were in the perfect location to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and Funland everyday. We loved the pool. Our son learned to swim on our stay. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning looking at the ocean. We would recommend this place to anyone!

The positives: you simply cannot beat this location. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the apartment, the view is outstanding, and you can literally walk to the beach in a minute. The apartment is spacious and mostly well equipped.
The not-so-positives: we picked this place because the reviews on cleanliness were outstanding, and I'm not sure if we came on a bad day, but the kitchen was not great. We found dirty plates in the cupboard and the cutlery tray had a lot of crumbs and dirt in it. The rest of the apartment seemed fine but the kitchen was off-putting. The check-in process was also not ideal; firstly, I had to chase for it and when I got the info - the day we were leaving - I found we needed to pack sheets and towels which was not great (maybe I missed this in the listing?); secondly, we arrived at nighttime so had to find the house where we were picking up the keys on a dark street. Not sure I would have wanted to do this solo!
Would we go back? I loved the location - just can't be beat - but I was disappointed with the cleanliness so I would probably look elsewhere.

This property and the people who keep it perfectly clean and freshly painted are gems. It is a location that literally could not be beat. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. You can and we had my 88 year old Mom Mim with us, walk to anything you would need or want and if you do drive, you have a place for your car ! Great bike riding right from your condo in the ocean!! Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our stay and how we hope to return
