Las dos habitaciones intermedias están conectadas por un baño Jack & Jill. Ambas habitaciones tienen una cama de matrimonio. También encontrará una lavadora y secadora de carga frontal y un armario para ropa blanca con toallas adicionales y toallas de piscina para sus necesidades. Nuestro dormitorio principal frente al piso superior también tiene un balcón con vista al mar.

Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestra casa y queremos que las familias disfruten de sus vacaciones aquí tanto como nosotros. La casa está muy limpia y en perfecto estado. Hay varios negocios locales donde puede alquilar carritos de golf que serán entregados a la casa y recogidos después de sus vacaciones para que pueda navegar por Ocean Boulevard y hacer viajes divertidos al muelle de Garden City en el camino. El muelle de Garden City tiene una vida nocturna activa. Además, hay muchas opciones para restaurantes, juegos de diversión, atracciones y más.

When I search for a VRBO, the most important ratings for me are cleanliness and location. Those are the reasons I chose High Tide. We walked in and the place was immaculate and everyone in our party mentioned how clean everything was. The location was great also. It is a very short walk to the beach and the beach area was really nice. There wasn't one thing we needed on our stay. The owners do a great job of stocking everything imaginable that you would need. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. This is a very beautiful and comfortable home. If we ever come back to the area, we would like to stay here again.

What an amazing property. Really I cannot think of anything I would change about this place.
The patio and pool area offers a great space for relaxing with family/friends while being able to interact with those in the pool. It offers an cool escape from the heat during the day and a cozy spot when the sun goes down.
All the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The beds slept incredibly well. AND THE FANS are everything. Keeps the room really comfortable.
The porches are also a nice touch, especially the one in the front cause you can see the beach.
Overall an incredible space to spend a week at the beach with loved ones.
The owners were very friendly and had great communication. We had zero issues with our stay and would highly recommend staying here again.

High Tide was the best place we have stayed on vacation! The Hosts were very informative and prompt in their communication with us. At the top of our list is cleanliness and High Tide met that with 5+ stars. It was so clean that we continued our no shoe rule we have in our own homes. We truly appreciated all the amenities! You can tell a lot of thought was put into their home in making their guests comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and oasis area, especially our grandchildren! It is a great location and a close walk to the beach.

This was the 5 year that my family has stayed at this home. It is in a great location, easy walk to the beach and located in short drive to stores. We love that area of the beach for the easy access and great water for the grandchildren! The home is super clean with tons of amenities! If I ever had a question or concern, the owner responded immediately! The owners truly care for this property with wonderful upgrades added each year! Thank you for another wonderful family vacation this year!!!

We had an amazing week at High Tide. The home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was extremely clean with all the amenities mentioned. The owners have created a useful website outling check in and out procedures, recommended local attractions, user guides, etc. The location is less than 0.1 mile to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. A highlight for our families was the area under the home by the hot tub and next to the pool. We spent so much time relaxing, reading, watching TV and watching our kids play in the pool. We are so excited to come back next year!!

This is the 4 year we have stayed at this home! The owners truly care for this home and it really shows! It is a short walk to a wonderful and kid friendly part of the beach. I should add… one of the few parts of the beach that allows canopies!
The home is VERY clean, has sooo many amenities and makes for a wonderful family experience! A beautiful pool, hot tub, outdoor games, shed FULL of beach and pool items, ping pong table and covered lounge area! It is a great area for the whole family that we enjoy thoroughly!
The home has 3 balconies with the family enjoying the one of living area the most (the other two off masters for enjoying time AWAY from the family! Ocean view I enjoy from top master balcony when enjoying my quiet time!
I can go on and on about my great experience! The owners offer a lot to the property and are great at communication!

We had a great week at the property. Everything was as described in the listing or better. We had plenty for room for our full house of 8 adults and 4 children. Having a private pool is so nice for a group and this one was very clean and the temperature was perfect. The house itself was also very clean and well maintained. We did not have to contact the host for any issues during the week, which is extremely rare for a week long stay with such a large group. If we return to Surfside, this property will be at the top of our list.

Our stay at High Tide made for a perfect beach vacation. The house itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans if every size and useful appliances. The amenities were outstanding. Our preteens had a blast in the pool area. All of us enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tv, darts, ...! We have stayed in several homes in Surfside Beach and, I must say, that this home is the best by far!

This was the first time that we stayed here (and in Surfside), and we loved it. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home away from home for our family, which included six adults and one child. Each couple/family was able to have their own room and bathroom, which was definitely ideal. The home’s wonderful amenities, its location, and the short walk to the beach were very convenient, and we were impressed with the beautiful outdoor pool area, too!
Without a doubt, Keri and Jon made the entire rental process smooth and easy from beginning to end. Moreover, they were very communicative and helpful and responded promptly to my messages. We could tell that they take a lot of pride in their home, as it was extremely clean and well-maintained.
Not surprisingly, we didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again! Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay!

We just left High Tide, and it was an amazing!! Jon & Keri have a beautiful home, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. No one wanted to leave!! The house and property were very clean and well maintained. We had 7 adults from 25-75. We typically spent the first half of the day at the beach, about a 2 minute walk. The afternoons were spend at the pool. There are 3 palm trees and 2 large umbrellas for those who need a little shade. They have a storage area with some rafts, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a lot more. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. If you stay at the High Tide, you will definitely feel right at home. Thanks again Jon & Keri for opening your home to us.

We have just finished our THIRD year at this property and have reserved for next year. The house is extremely clean and very well organized. The owners have added many extras that make the stay relaxing and enjoyable for the entire family. It is obvious that the owners truly care about their home and are fast to respond with any concerns or questions. The beach is walking distance from the home, has an ocean view from master balcony and a lot in the area to enjoy. The games inside and outside of the home, the private pool, underneath lounge area with television outside and the hot tub are some of our most favorite things in the home! The cleanliness and quality of the home and furnishings make you feel comfortable the minute you arrive. We loved the privacy curtain added to the second level outdoor sitting area (another family favorite area) and the new walk way to separate gate to bring wagons and carts into separate area! Beautiful Home, Perfect Location
This house was perfect for my family (20 year old and 16 year old) along with my sister and 23 year old nephew. It was literally steps to the beach. The house is well equipped with anything (and I mean ANYTHING) you may need. It rained a few of the days of our vacation but the kids enjoyed playing darts, ping pong and we had family game night almost every night. The kids enjoyed having their own space and each had their own bathrooms. The owners made the whole process so simple. They communicated before our arrival with lots of information- things to do, places to eat, etc. The check in/check out process was great—no need to make an additional stop somewhere for instructions or key. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Definitely planning to return to area and rented this home again in the future. The owners have really set the bar high for any vacations we take in the future!

Amazing family vacation home
This property was immaculate, beautifully furnished with a beach resort feel and everything was as described. The beach access is at the end of the street and also has golf cart parking. Everything you would need to eat, or shop is within minutes by car or a little longer by golf cart but a fun way to get around. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for a larger group or even a family of 5 with multiple teenagers. We all had our own space and our own tvs. Anyone with kids knows what a difference that makes. The placement of privacy curtains is a great addition. Neighbors are close but the privacy curtains installed at the house make use of the hot tub and front deck enjoyable and secluded. Linens were crisp and clean, plenty of towels for each person and pool towels were also available. Really all you need to bring is yourselves and your clothing. Food shopping is a breeze with a grocery store across from the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, etc., as if you were in your own home. The only thing we would request to be different is the temperature of the pool to be set a little higher. We had a bad storm and the pool remained cooler than we had hoped. We have already submitted a booking request for our 2023 vacation, but this same week was already taken so we grabbed the next one. This is an absolutely perfect family vacation home!! Thank you for taking such good care of your home!! We look forward to returning next year.

Lifetime memories in Surfside Beach
This property was by far the best rental that we have ever rented! The owners take great pride in there home! There are so great qualities to this home you won’t be disappointed! It is so well stocked and there is everything that you need! The pool and hot tub were fabulous! The outdoor living space is quite inviting!!We truly enjoyed it! This place has a ping pong table and a cabinet of games to enjoy! There were many pool toys and beach toys to use! The beach was only a short distance away and it was perfect! This house sleeps 12 and that is exactly the number we had, 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was very spacious and has three balconies to sit on and enjoy! If you had a question the owners responded in a very timely manner! Highly recommend this house and we will definitely rent again!
My husband and I made many wonderful lifetime memories with our two adult children and there spouses and our 6 precious grandkids! This trip will never be forgotten!

Great Family Retreat
What can I say? The property is beautiful, the pool & spa was great, just an overall great place.
There were 9 in our group, Grandma & Grandpa, 2 kids & spouses, 3 grand kids (ages 2,3,5). Each family had their own space and the living room area was large enough for all to gather.
The amount of supplies in the outside storage for pool and beach play was outstanding! The kids (and adults) enjoyed it!
Communication with Jon & Keri was outstanding! We had a couple questions, and we received responses quickly.
The walk to the beach everyday was good, not too far to tote the 3 kids and stuff.
We always enjoy the Surfside Beach area, and when we do the family trip again, High Tides will be a front runner for our accomodations!

Annual family beachtrip
This property was absolutely amazing--just as pictured & described! We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers with ample bedrooms and bathrooms as the teenagers shared a jack & jill bathroom and the adults had their own. We could see the ocean from our front porch which made walking to beach each day easy! Beautifully decorated with an amazing oasis outback complete with pool-hot tub-tv -Ping-Pong table and comfy seating. Outside shower with beach/pool floats/toys for us to use including a beach tent! Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owners and we actually met them--Super nice!!! We had basic necessities left for us which was a first for us--previous houses left you with "0". Highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay here again! Surfside/Garden City is so much less busy than Myrtle Beach which made for golf cart riding a breeze! (golf cart not provided)

Surfside stay
Our stay was very enjoyable. The property provided us with everything that we needed for our stay. It had great access to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and in the pool.

Perfect Week
What a wonderful week of vacation. House was perfect, exactly as the pictures show. Close walk to the beach, stuff to do under the house when it rains, lots of room, clean and owners were always available to answer questions. 5 stars all the way!!!

High Tide for a High Time
We visited Surfside and stayed at High Tide this past July 2021. The house suited the needs of our group. Amenities were as presented. Beach was just a few minutes away. We loved staying at High Tide and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Yearly family trip
We had a great time. The house was very homey and lots of things to do. It had ping pong, games, and a pool. We would go back for sure.

Beautiful home with so many extras
The house is beautiful, clean and has so many extras for each age group in our family! The beach is a easy short stroll and the neighborhood is great with sidewalks on the main street for running and pulling a wagon of grandchildren. So many extras on the property from pool (fully stocked pool and beach items in storage area), ping pong table,, cornhole, darts and hot tub. The area under home is perfect for the rainy day activities with lots of games in the home also. The owner takes great pride in their home and responds to any questions or concerns immediately. This is my family’s second year with next year already booked!

Our family of 11 recently stayed here. We loved the house. Everyone loved the hot tub and all of the board games that the house had. The pool was the perfect size for our family and the house was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing vacation!
We had a wonderful experience renting this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as it was pictured! The house was very clean, very well decorated and all of the little touches were very nice! It was perfect for our children and grandchildren. They enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The outdoor sitting area worked out perfectly on a rainy day and the decks were great! We had a great week and would definitely be interested in renting again in the future!

Beautiful house and less than a minute walk to Beach
Beautiful house less than a minute walk to Beach!! Pool was nice for the kids when you don't want to go to ocean!! HOT TUB IS AMAZING to relax at night plus plenty of stuff to do for the kids!! House is clean and we'll taking care of!! Communication with the owners is top notch!! We had a problem with pool starting to turn cloudy and messaged them and pool company was there in 15 min!!! A+++!! WE WILL DEFINITELY RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN!!!!!

Quarantine away from home
We knew we were going to have a quiet vacation in the midst of Covid and we couldn’t have chosen a better house to do it in! The house was well equipped and comfortable and the pool area was wonderful! We were able to hang at the pool and hot tub while listening to music on the TV, plus the reclining couch in the living room was perfect for the teenagers to relax!

Absolutely beautiful home and amenities
My family of 3 girls, husbands and boyfriend and 5 grandchildren had an a wonderful vacation! The home was clean and offered personalized details that was obvious that the owners truly cared for their house. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and the outside area was a great spot for the family to enjoy one another whether in pool, watching the television in outside lounge area or sitting in the hot tub. It was a wonderful place for my entire family to enjoy! Short easy walk to beach with beach access at end of road. Nice area on beach for families with easy access in and out of water for grandchildren to frolic in the waves and build sandcastles. Great location for beach with hotels farther down in each side that keep this area of beach to primarily renters and home owners locally. The only problem my family would say was that they had to leave :). Definitely recommend and hope that home will be available for future vacations:). Thank you!!

Great house made for a wonderful week at the beach!
Everything with your home was as advertised and you've got it set up for lots of fun. We walked to the beach for the morning and mid-day, played in the pool in the afternoon and enjoyed the hot tub after that! How does it get any better?! This is a beautiful home and the beds are soooo comfortable!
