Inloggen deuren, de centrale en appartement deur. Als je het eenmaal weet prima, maar voordat je het door hebt 😉 en hygiëne badkamer kan beter. Veder top

Vorab: Preis Leistung ist hier wirklich nicht zu schlagen. Super ausgestattet, bequemes Bett. Kaffe und Tee gratis. Mitgedacht- sogar Milch ist da. Top!!

Sechs spurige Straße vor der Tür. Mir war es etwas zu laut und mit offenem Fenster schlafen wäre unmöglich. Das größte Manko ist allerdings die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt keine!! Die fünf zur Unterkunft gehörenden sind nicht gekennzeichnet. Es gibt weit und breit keine legalen Parkmöglichkeiten. Ich hatte eine schlaflose Nacht da ich im Halteverbot parken musste. Da nützt dann auch der günstigste preis nicht. Ich würde es leider nicht wieder buchen.

de ruime opzet en de huiselijke uitstraling. het was een heerlijk appartement. en de bedden waren super!

het inchecken was waardeloos! het programma bleef vastlopen. daardoor hdden we geen code en hebben we buiten in de regen staan wachten tot het eindelijk opgelost was. Stonden 20 minuten in de wacht!

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Erfreulicherweise war ein gut belüfteter Fahrradraum vorhanden da unsere Räder nass waren. Mit dem Zimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden, genügend Platz für 3 Personen und gut erreichbar mit dem Aufzug. Auch die Altstadt von Trier war gut zu erreichen

Wir vermissten eine Beschreibung für die Klimaanlage, es war in der Woche sehr warm und wir haben das nicht hinbekommen. Das Fenster mußten wir nachts wieder schließen da eine vielbefahrene Straße am Hotel vorbeiführt

Nice and quiet location. Modern apartment with good facilities.

Had issue with access code on arrival but it was resolved after giving them a call. I read more reviews from others facing the same problem so they should really take action to resolve it.

it is right next to the Mosel, nice for an evening stoll, also notz to far to walk to the city

There's lovely bakery at the bottom of the building.

It doesn't come with a private parking and it took us a while to park our car, also the car parks near the property didn't look very safe. The photos of the building where we stayed don't match the reality and the description to find the building entrance wasn't very good so a bit confusing.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Check in was a total disaster. I got in to the building without any problem but the room password didn’t work. After several attempts of trying it was blocked. I tried to contact online. It took one and a half hours to get touch with the help desk. We waited in front of the building in the car. They reset the passwprd and send a new one online. Wish you best if you need help. Still no apologies.

Our room faced onto busy road but windows provided good sound proofing at night…. But then v hot as no aircon.

Good location, easy check-in

Wifi not working however when unable to fix they made a small refund which covered our mobile data costs.

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the river. It was very clean, well-equipped and modern. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice shower. There is a bakery on the same block and it's just 5 minutes walk to the river bank. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the town centre but it's a nice easy walk.

The decor was nice and it was fairly close to the river but a 20 min walk to the city

The apartment was not really clean. There were little hairs and dust everywhere and there were stains on the walls. There was a constant ringing sound that was unbearable. You could also hear the neighbors. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Clean, bright, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Very quiet despite being on a main road. Lovely bakery conveniently situated at the bottom of the building.

My only problem was with the online check-in. Having to upload a photo of your passport and a selfie is fine for people who are used to social media but was a struggle for me and it took ages to get it right.

Clean room and overall building, ease of check-in / access and easily reachable customer service. Bonus is that there is a bakery downstairs so you can get breakfast easily. Plenty of on roadside parking and also enough public transport options.

Internet did not work during the entire duration of our stay (for 2 days)! In this day and age, that's really unacceptable. There was basically no entertainment for kids once we returned back to the room (TC channels in German language and no kids show on them).
