Limited parking and amenities, but this condo was exactly where you want to be. Steps from amazing restaurants and historic downtown. Go to “There”, a local restaurant only few steps down the street, for craft cocktails and delicious food! The creek side location was an added bonus and we will definitely check availability for future visits.

Boomerang 107 was the perfect condo for our Telluride weekend. Walking distance to everything and very clean. Couldn't recommend more! If we ever come back, I will look to book this place again.

This is a crash pad.
The place stank of cigarettes from day 1 till we left, likely a tenant decided to light up a pack of Parliaments before our stay.
We emailed and called Vacasa, who runs the property and got no answer from them.
The bed is double, so it is small and leans towards the head, making your rest tough.
The couch is ancient, shallow and uncomfortable to watch a game on it.
Overall, I would not stay here again.

Not enough parking spaces and where you can park in town is confusing. Shower was very difficult to work, dishwasher did not train completely and no garbage disposal.

We loved the location to our week of downtown activities- easy 10 minute walk. Loved hearing the creek running outside our dining room/living room area. It was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc & large frig was perfect for our week of various foods/beverages we brought with us.

The unit was well maintained & convenient to town. Which was a little over a half mile walk down the river path.
Parking is a bit of a problem but once you have secured a parking place you can walk everywhere

Worked great for our needs. Close to lift 7 as they say and short walk to all downtown shopping and eateries. Parking is a bit tricky but if you find a spot you don’t need your car.

March ski week
the unit worked for us, it was clean upon arrival, great in-town location, glad we did not rent a car, there was no parking at the building and everything was within walking distance, kitchen modestly equipped but the dishwasher did not work properly, no washer/dryer, bed was good but all of the pillows were ridiculously lumpy. again, great location

Telluride town jewel
We had a great stay at the Telluride town jewel. It was in a great location, easy walk to the gondola, restaurants, shops, and the market! Comfortable bed and we really appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

Perfect size, all cooking amenities, back door was outside a creek. Great spot.

Tired, dark, and musty condo
Photos don’t reflect the tired feel of the condo. Musty odor greets you upon arrival. Even when using the condos’ parking pass, we still received warning citations on the windshield. Definitely will not stay here again.

Perfect vacation
The location was great and had everything we needed. The bed was great which was nice. We brought food and the kitchen will have everything you need. The front couch is a hide-a-bed and worked well for our son. No hesitation staying here again.

The apartment is nice, it had everything we needed and as advertised. Be aware the only condiments available are salt and pepper. The living room is overlooking a stream and you can get a glimpse of the lower part of the mountain between the houses in front.
The location is very good - a few blocks away from the gondola and the town center, a block from the Clark’s grocery store. There is a great Thai place (Siam) right by it.
Parking is indeed tight, on a few occasions we had to park on Colorado street, there are a few spots that accept the same pass you will find in the apartment. On the other side of Colorado street there is also free parking from 6 pm to 8 am and 2 hours free parking after that - we did this once and moved the car the next morning. There is also the paid parking, but we didn't need to use it. The apartment is on the first floor and not as bright as pictured (maybe brighter in the winter when the trees don’t have leaves and the snow is reflecting light), but we didn’t stay much indoors anyway.
We are satisfied with our stay and would recommend the place.

Would have given 5 stars if my car didn't get a giant green sticker on the window that said I was parked illegally when I was just parked in one of the spots for the building.

This condo is in a great location for walking to the stores, restaurants and gondola. It was clean and cute and had everything we needed. Very easy check-in and check-out.

Great location , renovated and fully equipped . My only suggestion would be to have a standing fan for the bedroom as it was pretty warm at night

Loud, not as indicated
Wailing dog 3 nights in a row, internet wasn’t connected, tv was not connects to cable, loud neighborhood, bedding was old and sheet was rough, no parking pass or any direction available and no response from owner, not a king bed. But telluride is great as always and proximity to town was decent. Would come back but definitely not stay there.
