Det fanns inga nycklar till lägenheten. Värden kunde ej erbjuda ett liknande boende! Mycket dåligt bemötande vid telefonkontakt. Vi har krävt att få pengarna tillbaka men har inte fått något svar av värden. Detta orsakade oss mycket besvär med att skaffa ett annat boende då det var sent på kvällen. Booking. com borde kontrollera vilka värdar som är seriösa innan ni annonserar på eran hemsida.

La localisation, Le lit , la douche, les toilettes, la cuisine sont corrects

L’appartement est rangé mais sale, on s’en aperçoit très rapidement en marchant pieds nus. Les meubles (canapé, table basse, table de chevet et autres) sont là pour attester la présence de poussière. Grace au câble électrique de la lumière centrale de la chambre, on peut dater la poussière. Les informations transmises pour les clés et le wifi ne sont pas à jour

Il s’agit d’un Rbnb donc pas de réception. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi un Rbnb se retrouve sur booking.

Wifi did not work, no hot water, and we were given the incorrect code to enter property after several calls trying to reach someone I eventually was given the correct lock box number. But nobody answers the phone at all

The apartment has good potential. It's modern and had all the facilities that I would expect. (TV, coffee machine, microwave etc) Also it's in a good location. It's close to the bus station and the centre of town

The apartment was not cleaned to an acceptable standard when I arrived. The shower drain was blocked by a ball of hair and slime causing the shower to overflow into the bedroom. The top of the wardrobe was covered in a blanket of dust. The toilet flush gets stuck and the most annoying part is the constant sound of running water coming from the boiler. At night, when everything is quiet, the noise of the boiler is amplified and its very difficult to sleep with that noise. I booked 4 nights and left after 2 nights. Another things I didn't like was the amount of automated messages from the agency. I found it unnecessary. One message is enough. The agency over complicates the entire process and what should be a simple process, feels quite stressful. Something that completely caught me off guard is before the agency would even provide the code for the door, I had to pay an additional 250€ security deposit through an external website, despite already paying over 300€ to book the place through booking.com. It's ridiculous. I've never experienced that before with a booking.com property.

The location, looks nice inside

The check in time was 4 pm and check out time was 11am. We were messaged at 9:30 am reminding us to take out the bins and to wash the dishes before we left which is a bit ridiculous as we have already paid for a service. We were also reminded that the cleaners were on their way (at 9:30 in the morning) , felt very rushed to get out and clean the place when we were supposed to be on holidays. There was no air-con but they did have a fan. Also there’s no elevator and the stairs were very steep.
