House was well located close to Downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. The rooms and amenities were adequate for a brief weekend trip, but I have definitely received more for much less. The overall condition of the property is overdue for some freshening up. This is clearly apparent in areas like the upstairs bedroom with large exterior door gaps, stabby peeling paint on the deck, loose front steps, and dirty blinds. No curtains or drapes ensure you wake up with the sunrise if the neighbor's roosters don't handle that first. The house is also on a road frequented by loud vehicles. Overall I'd give this property a 4/5.

This was a great experience! My friends & I enjoyed staying here. Very clean, nice layout with multiple floors; we didn’t feel cramped. We really liked the decor of the home too! We were less than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again when I return to Asheville.

Weekend Getaway
Property was exactly as pictured - very clean and inviting. For 5 adults the space was perfect given the main living space on ground level, master suite upstairs (beautiful and spacious) and other bedrooms/bathrooms on the lower level. We didn't utilize the kitchen for meals given our short stay but the house was equipped with everything one could need. The host was very accommodating in our request to do a late check-out. Would recommend this property to family and friends!

Perfect Girls Getaway!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner! Heidi was so responsive-provided tons of recommendations and kept us informed prior to and during our stay! The additional touches go above and beyond - the towel animals, makeup towels and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, etc. The beds and bedding are incredible! I highly recommend and certainly will be back!

Great house!
Had everything we needed, plenty of towels and not too far at all from downtown. Steep drop off right next to porch and small ledge on first staircase inside house is a bit nerve wrecking with little dare devils running around, just have to keep a close eye on them. Could use a TV downstairs for the other two rooms but glad we had one in the master upstairs which was an awesome space and very private. Love how the Master is upstairs and other two rooms are downstairs. Over all, great house!

Cozy home
We LOVED the house!! Its so cute and the layout was perfect for my family trip. The kitchen was well stocked and you are only 3 miles from a whole foods. Downtown and The Biltmore are convenient, about a 10 minute drive. I communicated a lot with Heidi and she was very helpful and accommodating.
The property is on a pretty busy road so you hear a lot of road noise all day and into the night. I would recommend ear plugs if you are light sleepers like us. Other than that it was a perfect experience!!!

Perfect home in the perfect location!
We visited Asheville for our annual ladies trip. This home was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of space, amazingly comfortable beds, and impeccably clean! We loved having our morning coffee and glasses of wine on the back deck. The location was within 10 minutes to everything, even closer to downtown. We were able to easily get an Uber to and from anywhere.
I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again when visiting Asheville.

Excellent Asheville Home
We had an excellent time in Asheville and really enjoyed our time at this house. Communication with the owner was excellent, the house is less than a 10 min drive from downtown, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. This house is very conveniently located to all things you’ll want to do in Asheville. There are supermarkets nearby in case you want to cook at hone. The house has all you need to cook a proper meal. The house is immaculately clean and nicely laid out. The check in process was easy and Heidi was very responsive to my messages. I would return to this property again.

Beautiful home!
Cute and cozy home that is perfectly represented in the listing! My boyfriend and I slept in the upstairs master suite, which is sunny and spacious. The king bed was a DREAM. Our friends who took the two lower-level bedrooms said they were also very comfortable - even the bunk bed. The common area/main floor of the house was plenty of space for 5 adults to eat and drink well while watching March Madness on the house’s Sling account. And the location was super convenient to downtown! The only minor warning I’d issue - sound does travel readily between floors. We had to be conscious of volume if one of us took a work call, and I had to run a white noise machine I brought if folks were still up on the main floor when I turned in for the night. But that was minor and easy to work around, and I would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic
The house is adorable, extremely well decorated and kept. We had everything we needed, and the communication from Heidi was thorough and extremely helpful. I didn’t have to ask anything really, she outlined everything we needed to know before we even left for our trip. We absolutely loved staying here, and my 5 year old wants to go every year for her birthday now. Thank you Heidi, for everything.
