Loved the gated community

Athe property was immaculate on the grounds. The unit itself is a bit outdated but everything worked well. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. You are close to everything for the Shores and Islands. Just be prepared for stairs! The Covered parking was an added bonus for sure. We would stay again for sure.

Perfect view, beautiful grounds, even seating to sit and stare at the beautiful lake. Places to eat are close by. Bring your own pillows.

The best thing about this condo is the view from the balcony. It has a beautiful view of Lake Erie and the swimming pool. With some updates to the interior this place would be 5 star but the furniture is worn and the kitchen and bathroom are most likely the original builder grade fixtures. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only. No central air. Definitely not a luxury place, but adequate for our mini vacation.

The condo has one of the best views of Lake Erie. The pool and grounds are well-maintained. The covered parking spot was great. The condo is clean and adequate. I agree with other reviewers that it is a little worn and is in need of a little care. A roll of paper towels and a box of tissue would have been appreciated.

Beautiful property with all the amenities you could want or need. Close to restaurants, stores, Jet Express, beaches and Cedar Point. Just off the main road but quiet and secluded. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, pots and pans ect. We could have used extra kitchen towels and a backup paper towels and toilet paper. Check in/out super easy.

We loved our stay. The view was amazing! Our unit was nice and clean. It was a bit older than what we expected but we managed. The furniture was definitely older. A reclining couch would have been nice. A larger tv with more channels also would have been better. Especially when the weather didn't cooperate with outdoor activities.

Good location and the kids had a blast in the pool. The view from our balcony was so beautiful!

First time with VRBO and everything went well. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Lake Erie shoreline offered many options for walks and scenic drives.

It was the perfect fit for the trip we had planned the bed was a bit to firm for our liking, but everything else was amazing

The rental was as advertised. The view was amazing.

Perfect location for our girls trip.

We just wanted a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. We had everything we needed on the property, not a far drive from the jet express. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the sunrises and sunsets and the cleanliness. Single wall unit air conditioner had trouble cooling the entire condo to where were comfortable, but with the bedroom door closed and the balcony screen door ond the ceiling fan, it wasn't terrible.

Everything was perfect.

We had a great time. The condo was accurate to the description and photos. The in-unit laundry was a great bonus! And the beach toys in the closet were great. The property was nice and quite. Not too many people. The water might have been high during our visit, so the beach areas had little sand area, but it was fine for our 3 year old to build sand castles. And she loved the pool. The location in Port Clinton was great as well. The public beach with a little park was just down the street. The whole town was cute. We took the ferry over for a day trip to Kelley's Island. *My only critique is that the window air conditioner unit was quite loud. (We were able to use the extra fans in the room to get a nice cross breeze though.) Overall, it was a great for a quick getaway. We'll be back next year.

We stayed in the Shores #55. This is a pretty basic condo. Clean but in need of a little work. The screen door was broken. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. That said, the facility was very nice with pool, hot tub, picnic and patio areas, and beach access. We would probably stay here again.

The property could definitely use some updates, but I'm still rating it 5 stars! I didn't mind it being outdated since the view was wonderful and it had everything we needed. We had no issues at all. Very clean and conveniently located to everything we were doing on our trip (Cedar Point, Put-In Bay). The pool and hot tub were very nice. Lake Erie gets a lot more bugs than we are used to (everywhere by the lake gets them, NOT just this property), but this didn't bother us at all. Check in was very easy, the office to pick up keys was about a minute down the road from the actual property.

My sister and I stayed here. We loved it. Clean and comfortable. The view was awesome. We would most definitely stay again. The only downside was having to lug out luggage up 2 flights of steps.

Amazing place to getaway and rest.....walls are thinner and the upstairs family with kids decided we would have a stampede for several hours as a wake up call at 830am.....but other than that peaceful amazing stay located near everything u can imagine

It is an older unit but very clean and well kept. View of the lake is wonderful.

It was perfect! There’s nothing I can complain about. The property was beautiful the view was perfect. The parking was nice. It was in a convenient location. If I had to say one negative thing we ran out of paper towels and the toilet paper was kind of scratchy LOL. Otherwise honestly it was perfect and we will be back.

A very nice place to stay! It was great to be able to sit down at the pool and read (my perfect vacation), and relax in the jacuzzi. Great amenities, the only thing we had to bring was our snacks 😎. Plenty of restaurants close by, convenience/gas station across the street for snacks and beverages. The air conditioner in the bedroom is a little loud, we ended up out on the sleeper sofa. The one thing I was totally disappointed in (and why I titled the review 10-8), I rate the property a 10 but minus 8 (legs) because of too many creepy spiders out on the balcony at night. I couldn't bring myself to sit out there at night and enjoy the evening or that early morning great view of of the lake. That may not bother most people though. I would visit again, just next time I'll bring some bug stuff 😀.
