Το air conditioner δεν απέδιδε καθόλου καλά με αποτέλεσμα να μην κοιμηθούμε καλά λόγω ζέστης ,ιδίως αυτοί που κοιμόντουσαν στο διπλό κρεβάτι Η πόρτα του ντους ήταν χαλασμένη και σπασμένα τα ροδάκια με αποτέλεσμα να πέφτει πάνω μας κάθε φορά που κάναμε μπάνιο Μύριζε πολύ το μπάνιο από την αποχέτευση

Very close (walking distance) to one of the beaches of the island and very good position to reach the other beautiful beaches. The accomodation was very confortable, the cleaning lady very nice. She came to clean each day and to change the sheets and towels every 3 days. The lady that took care of the whole place was really really nice and gave us all the information that we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay at the property. You have everything you need (incl. iron, hairdryer, kitchen well equipped)! The property has a beautiful view, it is close to bus stop no. 13. Kolios beach is close to the property, under 10 minutes walking distance. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed often. Bonus points for the huge fig tree right at the entrance in the complex.

The wifi connection was unstable sometimes (actually there were some moments during the day in which the connection was slower), but most probably there were other guests using the wifi at the same time and I believe the network was overloaded. It was not a deal breaker for me, though.

Very pleasant stay. We liked the kitchenette, the mosquito net on all windows in our spacious studio that was cleaned every day. We had our bed sheets changes every three days. This is a place you would want to visit again. And in the evenings you would not feel the July heat.

Unfortunately the accomodation has some inconvenients. In the kitchenette the water was not available due to a battery failure and we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom , the excess door from the room towards the terrace was not closing properly, in the bathroom we found mold at the shower cabin.

Lovely apartments, extremely well equipped for self catering, in fact the best we have encountered aside from villas. Our apartment (8) was modern, had a gorgeous view of Kolios bay, beautiful bathroom with proper fitted shower, the bedroom was well equipped with hair dryer, ironing equipment and had a ceiling fan and the rest of the apartment with a trundle bed had air conditioning unit. We found this adequately cooled the bedroom if the bathroom door was kept shut. All the windows and doors were modern upvc and had shutters, integrated fly screens and then double glazed windows. They had two internal curtains, including heavy curtains. The balcony was an excellent size and we could open front and back and get a nice breeze going through. The grounds are lovely, beautiful fruit trees with lots of ripe figs. We also were permitted to use the Hermes apartment swimming pool and used this a few times through our stay when we took a break from beaches. This is situated next to the apartments and can be easily accessed via a rough track through to a lane which is next to the Hermes. Kolios beach is only a 5-8 min walk down a lane opposite the apartments. We would definitely stay here again.
