Great location - right in the centre of town. Comfortable stay. It was really warm so the fans provided were very much welcomed

Good location, very central.

The owner had provided photos but we still had difficulty finding the lock box and parking space (which is on a steep incline). Found a completely mould covered dish in the dishwasher. Carpets in bedrooms were heavily soiled.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The hosts were very helpful. We has some issues operating the electronic gate while exiting the building at 7 am, the hosts were very responsive and helped us over the phone.

There is an extractor fan next to the building that was running all evening, not a loud noise but it is constant and it would disturb light sleepers

The location was excellent, perfect location to explore everything. The facilities were very good and the apartment was very well equipment and presented. Host very helpful on arrival.

The location was amazing, just off the main street , but quiet. Appreciated the toiletries, tea and coffee left for us. It’s always good to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms when 2 couples are staying together. Lovely view of the cathedral and church from the bedrooms.

Nothing really. The plug was missing in the main bathroom sink and we could have done with some bin liners, but these are minor niggles.

Toiletries for women. Milk in the fridge. Biscuits to go with a cup of tea or coffee. Views, quiet street at night despite being so close to city centre. Excellent location.

Little mess under the bed in ensuite bedroom.

Response/lack of response when raised issues. Also it doesn't make it clear the cathedral view is only from the bedrooms and only when you stand in front of the window. Also not clear that apartment is in a residential block and isn't just holiday lets

Perfect location for access to shops, restaurants (and Tesco Express), peaceful surroundings, car park for extra vehicle.

Lack of some crockery (eg only 4 large plates, only 5 teaspoons), resulting in having to wash-up after every meal. Oven was clean, but not the tray.

We went as 2 mature couples, the apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and separate bathroom giving each couple their own facilities. The apartment was well presented, got very warm but areas need attention In the heart of Lincoln, we traveled by car but never used it during our short stay. There is an allocated parking space, beware you park at a steep angle so a good handbrake is required. Turn left from the apartment at the end of the alleyway is the high street, a lovely pub and pizza express. Great high street and Tesco Express 5 mins walk. Turn right at the pub and you're at the bottom of the steep hill one of the routes up to the cathedral and castle, turn left out of the apartment and you have 2 other routes The waterfront with restaurants and cinema is 10 mins walk, as is the station. Perfect location for a city break, a very compact city we easily walked around, good selection of restaurants.

Landing space was unwelcoming as the occupiers in the opposite apartment used it for storage and we were greeted with 6 pairs of smelly trainers and 2 jumbo bags of clothes which remained for the duration of our stay (2 days) which is very unfortunate for the owners of the apartment we stayed in The oven hadn't been cleaned, carpets in the bedrooms in need of a good clean as a large stain in the room with the ensuite, unfortunately cream carpetsso every mark and stain very visible. The ensuite shower needs attention the water doesn't drain very well I had to turn shower off mid hair wash to allow the water drain which was so slow I had to reduce the water pressure to a trickle just so I could rinse my hair and not get cold. Unable to keep windows open in the bedrooms to allow fresh air in the room at night as a large fan on the go outside constantly, however, I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to noises No bottle opener or toaster.

For my husband who has artificial knees and hip, bed and toilets too low and bath too high. But for me all was fine

great location, easy check in and perfect for 2 couples visiting to see the sights. would definitely book again.

The location was excellent. The apartment was a good size and reasonably clean.

The parking space was unusable as it was on a very steep gradient which was impossible to drive off from a standing start. My daughter had to spend another £40 on parking fees. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as they had the thinnest foam mattresses I have ever seen meaning you are lying on the wooden base of the bed. I also had to buy a tea towel because the one provided smelt strongly of sick.

The apartment was lovely and in a perfect location, right in the town centre. The apartment had everything we needed and more, well equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms. We would definitely stay again
