This particular unit does not have a view, but the larger property is very nice and is very convenient to the beach.

This place was the perfect location at Hilton Head for my husband and I. It was very close to the beach and dining. We were looking forward to using the bikes that come with the place but unfortunately spent more time going to get one of the bikes fixed because the seat kept messing up. Although the biking didn’t go as planned we overall enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay with easy beach access. Well maintained property with beautiful pools, hot tubs, fitness center and nearby parking. Enjoyed having the bikes available at no extra cost to bike to Colligny.

This is not an ocean view property in the sense that most people viewing the listing would consider an ocean view property to be. There is a small section of the ocean that can be seen from one side of the balcony. The majority of the view is of trees separating the next property over and of the bike storage area.
Access to the pool and beach was easy and convenient. Proximity to Coligny Plaza Shopping Center was great.

Great Location and Amenities from the Hilton. The host’s bikes were great. Too small for more than 2 people. No where to put luggage. The one spot available, has a note not to put it there. Expected it to be recently refreshed, but the walls and carpet are beat up. No refills for the toilet paper. Had to go buy some. Overall rating, average.

The amenities ( pool, beach, workout area were fabulous)
The accommodations were terrible. Very dirty carpets and couch, drain in tub and sink did not work. Dresser was so unstable, I was afraid to put my purse on top of it. Not one Kerig coffee to drink in the am after arriving at 1:00am night before. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the worst. Lori needs to update everything in the unit and do a thorough cleaning. Would not recommend.

Property was exactly as described. We stayed with our 7 and 3 year old and kids slept on sofa and we were in queen bed, and size of the place wasn’t an issue (also it was exactly the size as listing said). Amenities were top notch and bikes were great! We rented our 7 year old a bike from right across the street. Would stay here again.

A great location. Right on the beach with access to pool and other amenities. About 1/2 mile from shopping / restaurants. 2 adult bikes included, and a bike rental is right across the street for any additional (kids) bikes. The map is a little confusing, so I suggest looking it up on Google maps to see the actual layout of the location since it shares a driveway with the adjacent properties.

I stayed here with a friend and the size of the condo was perfect. We absolutely loved this location and the 2 bikes were a great addition. We used the pool and hot tub most days which was well maintained and very easy to get towels and any other information from the Hilton lobby. Would definitely stay here again and return.

The best part of this condo is having access to the Hilton pool, bar and beach access, etc. the condo itself was the perfect size for a couple or even a small family. It was fairly clean and bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in and out.

Very clean, loved being able to use the pool and bar. Very convenient having bikes right there. Only concern was the elevator, was being worked on while we were there. We stayed at this complex 4 years ago and the elevator was down the whole time. Do not mind except when we are arriving and leaving!

We had a wonderful stay. Property was exactly as described, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well equipped and allowed me to easily provide meals for our toddler. The rental was a little tight for two people and a toddler but not the fault of the host. The bed was very comfortable. The Hilton amenities are amazing. Easy beach access and an amazing pool. Lori was a wonderful host and let us check in early to maximize our beach time and check out later due to delays in our flight. Beach chairs and am umbrella were provided for convenience. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back!

This was our second time staying at this property and again loved it! We now have other family members staying here because we love it so much and have recommended it. Location is so close to Coligny that it is only a short walk to many shops and restaurants. We love that it is so close to the beach and you are far enough away from the public access that it was never busy either of our stays. I know we will be back in the future!

2 bikes came with this rental and we loved riding all over the island. The condo is near the sweet beach and using the pool at the Hilton next door was just great. We really enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott & Lori's condo - a perfect location off the beach with excellent pool facilities. A well-appointed and furnished condo that was a great size for the two of us and had everything we needed from paper products to dish soap and laundry detergent. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We loved the easy 15-20 minute walk to wonderful spots like Pool Bar Jim's, Tiki Hut and all of the shopping and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Easy garage parking right next to the building and plenty of outdoor overflow parking available. Laundry was super convenient right down the hall. The beach cruisers were right below our balcony and we rode them for miles and were glad to have them! We had a couple very minor issues and Scott & Lori were quick to respond and resolve. We'd return in a heartbeat! Thanks!
