Very clean, very excellent wifi, great staff and owner. The breakfast was amazing 🥰. In general everyone was awesome ❤️

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. Some of the staff are very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was nice.
It is located in the middle of a residential area. You have a beautiful pool that is over looked by very close high rise flats, which are not nice at all. You have a balcony but nothing to look at from it. It is no where near the centre as described - a good mile and a half down to the old town and the beach. Some of the staff are not friendly - we had opened a drink from the mini bar in the room and then Decided to take it to the pool - we were told we could only drink drinks bought from the bar at the pool - we were still paying them for them!!! The clean up breakfast sharp on 10am and check out is sharp at 10am

Das Zimmer war gut und modern ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal immer freundlich. Die Pools sind toll und es hat genügend Liegen.
Die Lage war nicht optimal. Das Hotel ist umgeben von vielen Häuserblocks und zu Fuss in die Altstadt war es fast eine halbe Stunde.

Wir waren nun schon zum 3. Mal hier und sind immer wieder begeistert. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und der Pool ist fantastisch! Auch die Lage ist top! Bis in einen Jahr :-)

We absolutely loved this hotel - a real find! Gorgeous pool area, excellent staff & a very good breakfast with plenty of variety. We were very pleased to be a little out of Budva in this much quieter residential area but it is only a short walk for those who want to be in the thick of it.
The hotel was difficult to find & not very well signed posted when arriving by car.

The Momentum Hotel was excellent! The best part about it was the lovely staff that took care of us. Always with a smile, kind word, attentive and nothing was too much trouble to make your holiday great! The rooms are new, modern, clean and have everything you need and there were some nice touches on arrival (detox water and chocolate wafer biscuits on the pillow). The pool was perfect, clean, a great temperature, as were the adjoining toilet and shower facilities. The walk to the main shore is only 10-15 minutes and the old town 20 minutes.
If I had to give any constructive feedback it would be to serve maple type syrup on pancake/waffle day and partner with an excursion company to make that easier. That being said there were plenty of tourist agencies, so this wasn't a problem at all.

The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was really nice and fair sized and the opening hours of the pool were quite long so had a fun time rewinding in the pool after a long day

The staff were amazing, super friendly and always on hand for any questions, but not intrusive. The room was clean and spacious, great views over the pool. It was a restful place about a 20 minute walk to the old town.
It is a bit of a walk to the old town - this wasn't a massive problem for us though! Everything else was perfect

breakfast was well presented but a bit limited in choice - no croissants or pastries. the sofa bed (3rd person) wasn’t comfortable as it had a wooden bar in the middle

Beautifully designed hotel, fantastic room, lovely ‘cleansing drink’ in the room. Amazing pool, excellent food and well priced. All staff lovely , especially’Diana’ on reception and the young male waiter who worked so hard bringing food and drink around the pool all day (sorry, can’t remember his name).
Wi-Fi didn’t work in our lounge area in our room but great everywhere else (this didn’t ruin the trip at all). Tv didn’t work in the lounge area in our room but this was fixed. Thank you

the property was completely new, the room was a great size, and had a nice modern bathroom. The pools were also great. The staff was amazing and always greeted me with a smile and provided great service from the front desk to the staff during the morning breakfast.

Propery is excellent! Superb clean,superb safe,superb comfortable! Everything is new,modern. I felt like I stayed at my home. All stuff are very very nice and helpful. Secured parking for my car. i even meet I’m the owner Ivan he is a wonderful person. This is my stay at Budva from now on! As someone who live in California I highly recommend Momentum!!!!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Momentum. Everything was clean and the stuff very friendly and helpful. The pool was great - we came here to relax and it worked well for that.
The view and surrounding are not the most beautiful but we were very aware of that so it didnt matter. Still the town and seaside is easily accessible.
