It was big and modern, very close to tram station and city center. There was also a garage for the car

It was very dirty, it looked like nobody cleand it for a very long time.

There was no heating during our whole stay! January in Graz with no heating in an apartment is something you can not imagine to rent to anybody. We have tried to call several times, the girls on the phone were very kind, but could not help us. Finally they sent a cleaning lady with two portable heaters, which definitely could not help us to warm such a big apartment. In the end, all the nice things in the apartment could not make up for the cold and discomfort it caused.

The apartment was spacious and the interior design was very nice. Very well-equipped. Vlose to the city which is a huge plus.

Unfortunately, the blankets and pillows were with down feathers and my daughter is allergic. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom accompanied with an unpleasant smell, and the toilet was old and dirty. There was a hole in the sheet from what appeared to be a cigarette burn. The apartment smelled a bit of cigarettes as well. There was construction work right outside the window, so it was very loud every morning.

Good big property, beds, you can cook everything in the kitchen, there is a washing machine and a dryer.

It could have been cleaner, towels were missing, the dirty ones had not been removed.

Filthy bathroom, dirty dishes, dusty, apartment needs a deep-clean, complicated payment process with outdated webpage (tried multiple times, different browsers, cards and waited a day to try again) ended up manually transferring payment through online banking, then again the same thing to pay the deposit. customer support medium helpful.

Location is OK

First of all, proces of booking is so complicated and boring, it tooks 3 days to complited all administation. Deposit is required and payment method is long and unneccessary. Appartmant is definitely cold and without spirit. Its quite messy and uncleaned. There is no shower sampoo and dish detergent. You won’t have towels and rags. Heating works temporary. No hairdyer! Tv doesn’t work, except Youtube. This apartment doesn’t have my recomendation at all for the money I paid.

The place is very cozy and the host was very nice and welcoming.
