The location is great. Very close to the old town and a perfect place to wander around.
The bedroom is lovely. The building looked really nice, high ceilings and exposed beams. Decoratively it's great.
There wasn't proper ventilation in the shower. So when we took a shower, the whole bathroom and bedroom remained full of damp and condensation for hours and hours afterwards.
Also, we ended up with a twin bed. Which I think might have been my mistake as I booked "double or twin" but I am just writing this to encourage future guests to be careful and clarify if they want a double.
Also the kitchen facilities were very limited. There is a coffee machine (Which is very nice to be fair), and a fridge. But no cooker.

Perfect location, a couple of minutes away from the seafront with all the bars and local life. Also, no problem finding a parking space for our rental car.
The hotel design is amazing, however, having no physical separation of any kind between the bed area and the toilet threw us off a little, to be honest.

Very nice location and accomodation. The owner and staff in particular were very helpful in that they actively reached out on WhatsApp ahead of my visit to ensure I had everything I needed and offered recommendations for Santa Cruz.

Clean, tidy, located in the capital so excess to everything. Host very helpful especially with my requests. A beautiful combination of the old Spanish houses with a clean modern interior. Host would restock with fresh water and tea, such a special touch. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an authentic experience!
Perfect for solo travellers but not so much for large families, walls are quite thin and it's a peaceful area. Not a negative but something to bare in mind

The property is beautiful. Very traditional, retaining its character, but also very clean and modern - it is very thoughtfully refurbished. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. There are lots of nice touches, like a nespresso machine and bikes. The owner was very helpful and gave us good recommendations, and helped us to get a taxi on check out. Thank you!
A fridge would have been lovely to keep some cold drinks in - but it is perfectly fine without.

This beautiful historic boutique hotel is super charming, with luxuriously comfortable rooms in a perfect location to explore stunning Santa Cruz. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative, and self check in and easy access is ideal for those looking for a more independent feel. we absolutely loved it!

The property is located in the heart of Santa Cruz, closed to all main attractions in the area. The building is in a traditional style, however it has been recently renovated and the bathroom is quite modern. We did not meet the host but it gave us very clear instructions for the check-in as well as recommendation for the restaurants and bars in the area.
There was just a small bar with hangers for the clothes so it maybe a bit a struggle if you stay for more than few days (however, it was perfect for one night for us).

Everything! Gorgeous restored Canarian house located in a very beautiful street and very close to a charming square with a couple of restaurants. The neighbourhood above the house is stunning too! The owner/staff? Was very helpul at all time, giving us a lot of advice about the island.
To say something mentioned in other reviews, the only downside is that the toilet/bathroom has no door at all, which is very inconvenient for intimacy.

The owner was great. We did not meet him personally but he was super helpful with every question we had and was answering basically immediately. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. No cheating with pictures either :)

It is a recently refurbished house in the heart of Santa Cruz de la Palma. They kept all the original features yet it felt modern and clean. loved the hard wood floors and the lava wall behind the bed. Easy to find parking in the street. Good restaurants next to the house.

The house is amazing, full of history and stories. The room was beautiful and very clean.
Close to the ferry and everything else. We ate in one of the lovely restaurants recommended by our host for the night. Perfect!

Great bathroom and shower, impressively big bedroom with a nice design, comfy bed with high quality bedding. Good WiFi. Great location with everything walkable. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat and how to see the volcano. I would stay here again if visiting La Palma.
The room was missing a few things that would typically be expected such as a TV (there was space on the wall for one but it seems to have not been installed), a mini fridge, a larger bin apart from the small one in the bathroom. A double bed would have been preferred to the twin beds we had. Also there's no reception so you need to arrange the check in time, especially if it's outside the specified 2-5pm time, but the owner was very accomodating with our late check in when the ferry was delayed.

Good location; friendly, helpful owner; nice historical building with a good concept for the design; quiet at night
The minimalist design looks really fancy, but it's not so comfortable. We stayed in the Large Double Room. The room gets quite hot during the day, and only the door has small openable windows. The bathroom has no proper ventillation, so after a shower the whole room gets really humid. It takes hours for the room to cool down in the evening. The owner gave us a fan to try to solve the problem which made the situation a bit better.

(very) Large and cozy room, very well renovated in a typical Canarian Andalusian-style house, ideal location, 15 seconds walking from two very nice restaurants. Our host Yeray was very responsive, kind and gave us a lot of local tips.
