Ven a Kai-Aah. Un hermoso segundo piso, condominio frente al mar con una isla se siente justo en la playa de Kaibo. Tranquilo y aislado 1290 pies cuadrados de paraíso. El dormitorio principal de gran tamaño tiene una cama King size y un área de descanso donde puedes relajarte mientras contemplas las increíbles vistas a través de 2 grandes puertas de patio. El amplio baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño adyacente.

Cocina de concepto abierto y sala de estar, con otro conjunto de puertas de patio que se abren a un balcón con mosquitero y mesa de comedor y sillas para acurrucarse y leer un libro, o simplemente ver la puesta de sol.

We had an absolute blast at Kai-aah. Jean provided great communication leading up to our stay we the hurricane was threatening, but fortunately no problems arose! The beach was very pleasant, and we enjoyed watching the activity throughout the day at the pier. Great snorkeling right off the beach, and White Sands Watersports right by the property was a great option for Stingray City. The condo itself is in top shape, and the views are incredible.

Great condo with a beautiful view of the bay from the huge screened in back deck. There is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop within walking distance and it’s only five minutes from Rum Point. Owner is great. Would definitely recommend!

Where to start!! Jean is truly a super host. The location is amazing. All the people around us were super. Loved that it was laid back, but also a nice little community. We made friends! Love this place and cannot wait to go back

The condo was beautiful, very well stocked and very tastefully decorated. The owner thought of everything a guest might want (folding beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, BBQ grill set-up, etc.). The location was fantastic, in a wonderful neighborhood, on the beach next door to the Kaibo restaurants and right between Rum Point and Starfish Point. This was the perfect location for our family, and we loved living a tranquil island life for a week.

Pristinely clean, updated condo at a wonderful location in Kaibo! Highly recommend this place. We had a little issue when we arrived with doorknobs very loose on the two bedrooms. The manager immediately responded to my message. Turned out to be an easy fix. The master bed was very comfortable! And of course, had a great view of the water! Many thanks to our host! We will be back!

Loved our week in Cayman. The condo was beautifully renovated and clean, with a gorgeous view of the water and Kaibo pier from the balcony. Jeanne was responsive if we had any questions, although the condo was fully stocked so didn’t need much. It’s a quiet area, but having the Kaibo restaurant nextdoor is a huge bonus. We enjoyed many meals, cocktails and coffee there. Being next to the pier was great for excursions as well. Definitely book your visit to snorkel and visit stingray city through white sand water sports, they’re the best and pick up at the pier. We also took the ferry to camana bay for shopping, restaurants and 7-mile beach. But don’t go on Sundays, all shops are closed. Had an amazing week and will visit again!

My husband, 12 y.o. daughter and I just came back from one of the best Spring Break trips we've had as a family, and much of that was due to staying here. It was as stunning if not moreso than what you see in the photos!!
The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and much more. I admit to being a very picky traveler. Kai Aah checked every single box on my list of things that need to be top-notch in a VRBO rental: cleanliness, beds/bedding, linens, appliances, decor, safety, accessibility, overall aesthetic/design quality, property overall.
The screened-in patio stretches the entire width of the condo. We used this space almost more than we were indoors. The multiple seating options - and grill! - were all put to use. We LOVED the amount of light that came in from all of that exposure.
As an added bonus, there were beach chairs, toys, coolers and an umbrella in the unit which we made great use of!
The property itself was adorable. Having the beach right outside the door was incredible, as were the starfish that hung out in the warm, shallow water every day. Parking was never an issue, and having Kaibo and Rum Point as (very) nearby restaurant options was very much appreciated.
Last but certainly not least, Jeanne was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, helpful, informative and was without question part of why this trip was as memorable as it was. We cannot wait to go back :)

Wish we never had to leave. Condo was spacious, very clean and wonderfully located, quiet, safe neighborhood. Having Kaibo next door was a plus but also felt like we had our own private getaway. Thank you for sharing with us!!

The unit is exactly as described. It is very clean and very roomy.
The furniture is all new and comfortable. Kaibo area is extremely quiet - so a car is a must. Star point beach is literally a 5 min walk down the street. Beach outside unit is lovely, but water has lots of sea grass, so not great for swimming.

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL STOCKED. IT WAS EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES. LOCATION IS REMOTE HOWEVER THE NEAR BY RESTAURANTS AND GROCERY STORE WAS GREAT.

Condo is perfect for a calm, relaxing vacation. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of space for family of 4. Great view from the porch or hanging on the beach in front of property. 5 minutes to Rum point which now has bar and food service. Was able to snorkel at Starfish point but many starfish visible at the shore line. So convenient to Kaibo restaurant next door. Area is quiet and while there were other people around, it did not feel crowded at all. Jeanne (owner) provides great communication and advice. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer!

This was the cleanest vacation property I have stayed in to date. It was also very tastefully decorated and well-stocked with everything you need from beach towels and toys to linens and toiletries - no need to overpack or rush to the grocery store on arrival.
The location is great as you can step out the door and immediately be at the beach or the pool. The property was not very busy in November so we had the beach/pool to ourselves most days. There is a great beach restaurant/bar next door (1 block walk). The same place also has coffee available in a small shop in the mornings.
Note that you will need to drive anywhere farther away and it takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport. The location is ideal for relaxing vacation. The Kaibo boat dock is steps away, and many tour operators will pick you up there for excursions.
The rental was good for a 2.5 year old child. It was very safe, and there wasn't much for him to get in to.
Would definitely stay again!

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at! Great Location.
Our friends and my wife and I have stayed at many VRBO's over the years and this place is hands down the winner on cleanliness, amenities and location. Jeanne the property manager was a fantastic host answering questions quickly and went above and beyond to help us find Bicycle rentals and make sure we had everything we wanted. This is a lovely location quiet and really is a piece of tropical paradise. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had six people and we were fine. Ideally, I would say 4 people would be extremely comfortable but if you have a couple of teens or kids they can sleep on the fold-out couch as we did and be just fine. Nice restaurant next door and you are less than 2 blocks from famous star fish point.

Beautifully appointed
Just returned from our 10 day stay at Kai-ahhh. This was our 7th trip to the Rum Point/Kaibo area and this was our favorite condo yet with its cleanliness & beautiful decor. We felt like we were staying in a really upscale boutique-hotel. Communication with Jeanne and check in were on point. We layed by the pool most days and enjoyed counting starfish walking the beach. (More starfish on Kaibo’s little stretch than at Starfish Point down the road!)
Rum Point remains closed but Kaibo was open for lunch & dinner most days (coffee just on Sat & Sun). Reservations for dinner are a must on the weekends, and especially for Luna Del Mar. DO NOT miss this if you’re there for a full moon week! (We make our dinner reservations there as soon as we book our trip always) The staff there really do go above & beyond to make each meal super enjoyable. Georgetown shops are mostly still Covid-closed till cruise ships resume but Camana Bay was mostly open and the shuttle taxi from Kaibo’s dock makes that a great option for a day-trip. Over the Edge was a disappointment this year (looking really tired) but Eagle Rays and Tukka were great, as always!

Beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc was provided. Next time we will pack much lighter. Cleanest unit we have ever stayed in.

A hidden gem
We had the most wonderful 5 days staying in this property in Rum Point. It actually exceeded our expectations. The flat is superb and is probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. We spent our days on the little beach (infront of the apartment), the pool, and wondering up to starfish point. The children loved looking at all the starfish and collecting stones/shells on the beach. It really was an idyllic holiday, we will be back!
